PACIFIC WASTE SERVICES

I am set up for bi monthly billing of $50.20 for trash pickup. In November I was billed for about $17.00 because they said I had credits because I renewed a couple months before, which seemed like a lot of credit to me. However, I have received another bill for December, even though I am supposed to get a bill every other month, and not every month, and its not even the correct amount that was agreed on in the contract. I have spoken to them multiple times trying to get out of my contract, and I have been hung up on each time. I have looked at my contract and tried to understand where the credits came from, and why I was billed for December, rather than January, and why the bill for December is different than what was agreed upon, but it doesn't make sense. I just want them to let me out of my contract, but they aren't cooperating.

THIS IS OUR 2ND TRASH COLLECTOR IN 4 YEARS, PACIFIC WASTE DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY TAKE FEW HOLIDAYS SO YOUR TRASH DOESN'T PILE UP. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY ALSO TAKE YARD WASTE AND RECYCLING. THE PRICE IS GOOD $85 FOR 3 MO SERV 1X PER WEEK.

I LIVE IN A VERY HILLY AREA AND THEY ARE ONLY ONE OUT OF TWO COMPANIES THAT OFFER THIS SERVICE IN THE AREA WHERE I LIVE. OVERALL, PACIFIC WASTE SERVICES HAS DONE A GREAT JOB PICKING UP MY GARBAGE. THEY HAVE OCCASIONALLY NOT PICKED UP MY TRASH DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION BUT A CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT HAS RESOLVED IT. THE COMPANY HAS AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF WITH VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY IS A VERY PLEASANT AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED EMPLOYEE. I HAVE RECEIVED A DISCOUNT OFF MY BILL BECAUSE OF MY TRASH NOT BEING PICKED UP ON TIME.
