Description of Work: WE are in the middle of a home remodeling. We went into Pacific sales to look at plumbing appliances. My daughter saw a particular bathtub that she wanted for her new bathroom. I explained to Daniel, our salesman, that there was a definite time restraint and since we already had a bathtub on order with another company I wasn't sure if canceling that order and ordering from Pacific Sales would get me the tub in the time frame I had. Daniel made a call and told me that we would have the tub and custom brackets in 2 to 3 weeks. This was perfect so we ordered it and canceled our first order. On August 14th I stopped in to inquire about the progress of my order as the contractor was almost at the point of installing the tub. I was informed by Sarah the manager that she thought it was in but would check on Tuesday and call me. I received a call from Daniel on Tuesday saying that the tub was not in and the custom stand would take another month to complete. He informed me that it was hand made and took time. That makes complete sense if I was told that before ordering it and canceling my original order. I talked to Matt Adams the district sales manager who was very helpful and apologetic and offered to call the manufacturer to see if her could speed up the process. When he called back he told me that not only could I not have my tub in the promised time frame but I could not have it in the time frame that Daniel promised in his phone call. It would take at least 2 more months with no guaranteed completion date. Since this was not the first time I was misinformed about product delivery by Pacific sales I canceled my order and will never do business with Pacific Sales or it's parent company Circuit City again.
