Working with Olalde was a great experience. They’ve been very communicative, hardworking and punctual. They did an entire home remodel for us. We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. He’s upfront and cares about you as a customer. We made a few changes during the project and he was quick to get those done. We would recommend Olalde, and we look forward to using them again soon.

They did amazing. From start to finish. Our main point of contact David handled everything so smoothly. If I ever has a question he answered right away. They constructed a brand new casita on a different part of my property. The result was beautiful and truly exceeded my expectations. I feel like it’s so scary to hire someone for such a large project and they totally did right by me. I am definitely going to use them on any further remodels or additions we need for our home. I cannot say enough good things about them they built quickly however, they did not skip corners and did everything correctly. I haven’t had an issue with the build ever since it was completed. The customer service was 10/10 and the quality of the work was outstanding. We passed inspections with no issues.

As we all know there are many options for home remodels, ADU’s, additions etc. The difference I noticed in the beginning with Olalde group is their intentionality. They were the only General Contractor who came on site, truly listened, answered as many questions they could and also addressed any concerns. They make the process relational and not transactional, they want to know more about you and your family and how they can make this process as comfortable as possible as there will be interaction for months based upon the project size. This is where immediate trust was built and the ultimate deciding factor for us going with them. We also had friends who utilized their services and highly applauded the standard of work done. All in all we are very happy with Olalde group and the outcome of our project. Their time, attentiveness and communication allowed me to really focus on other things in life and feel confident about the work being completed correctly. They are men of their word and if we were to do any future work, we would definitely utilize this team.
