+ -1 moreWe used Maid Brigade initially and we just changed recently. The last time that they came out to provide service for us was probably three weeks ago. They were not really good in showing up but they did good work and they were pretty good on their responsiveness too.

+ -1 moreDepending on which person comes, the work is done very well - or not. On most visits, there are 2 maids for 1 hour, once a month. Last visit, one person came for 1 hour, and accomplished what sometimes 2 people do. Always, very special attention to the bathroom; most of time to the kitchen. On one visit, after leaving - I noticed kitchen sink still had black marks from pots & pans. I have quite a few books; which on the very first visit (appr 7 months ago) I noticed the maid use a paint brush to dust the top of the books and was very impressed. This never happened again. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
Description of Work: General housecleaning...Vacuum & superficially feather dust 1 bedroom and livingroom..Excellent job of kitchen and bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job overall. The two ladies that came were very courteous, friendly, efficient and thorough. They did all the cleaning we asked them to do with a few exceptions because they ran out of time. We did not want to pay for more than 3 hours of time, plus it was the end of the day, so they needed to get home to their families. We were very happy with the quality of their work, overall.
Description of Work: Two ladies did a one-time cleaning of our 2-story, 3025 sq ft home. They worked for about 3 hours. The bulk of the work they performed included cleaning our 3 bathrooms and our kitchen and dusting all of the shutters, furniture, light fixtures and 5 ceiling fans. They did not vacuum the carpet or mop our tile floor because the floors had been professionally cleaned the day before.
