JCA Design Studio offers the following services: RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS WITH PERMITTING SERVICES FOR:
- SFD (Single Family Residences - Brand new and Addition/Remodels)
- ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units)
- JADU (Junior ADU - Garage conversions)
- Guest Quarters (a little house "extension" of the main house. Similar to an ADU)
- Site Development Permits as part of Building Permits for SFD or ADU
- Existing Non-permitted buildings for SFD or ADU (case by case basis)
- Code Violation Compliance for SFD or ADU (case by case basis)
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University in 2010
- 12 yrs. of professional residential experience working for various architectural firms
- Experienced in managing projects from schematic design sketches, to Building Permit issuance
- Understands State building codes, municipal codes, and special community overlay zones.
- Have coordinated with; Clients, Developers, Engineers, Plan Check Reviewers, Fire Departments, SD Housing Commission, General Contractors, HOA, City Inspectors, Utility companies, Design Review Boards, and other entities required to obtain project approval.
- Knowledgable in many southern California municipalities including: City of San Diego, County of San Diego, City of Los Angeles, Poway, San Marcos, Escondido, National City, Murrieta, Culver City, and more!
