Description of Work: I think his brother and helper did most of the work and he supervised a lot. They refinished our hardwood floors in the living room and took out the carpet in the hallway and bedrooms and cleaned up all the staples and nails and refinished the hardwood floors there as well. We especially liked his promptness and professionalism. He was right on schedule which is always a risk when using a contractor. His team definitely delivered and we are happy.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. Ivan and his team completed the entire job on a single Saturday. He arrived promptly and finished the job on budget, showing me receipts for all materials used. Almost two years later, the floor still looks as good as the day it was installed. His craftsmanship was evident in the nice transition he added between the bedroom wood flooring and the bathroom tile. I will absolutely use him again when I'm ready to ditch the laminate in my dining room!
Description of Work: Ivan installed engineered hardwood floors in the master bedroom. We had previously purchased in-stock flooring from Home Depot, and Ivan installed it for us. This included removing the old carpet and baseboards and gluing down the new floors. His team also reinstalled the baseboards and caulked around the edges.
