 + -1 moreHe never showed up. I called and got a message machine and said I was waiting for him--that we had an appointment. I waited at home for over 6 hours. He never called back.
Description of Work: James Sandoval provides plumbing services. He was recommended by a well respected real estate agency in Carmel Valley in San Diego. I needed help with a bathroom sink (non-emergency). I called him, described the problem, we set a time.
