Hector is very pleasant, personable, and informative. My first gate looks beautiful. Pricey…but beautiful. It took about 4-6 weeks. The second time I tried to use them (a year or so later), Hector came out and drew up the designs. He said I'd have the estimate within the week. I waited… Finally called them and left a message 3 weeks later after checking my spam and mailbox for the estimate that I thought I somehow missed. It took them a week to call me back. Big apology because the 'girl in the office' misplaced it and forgot to send it out. Said I'd have it by end of day. Well…. no estimtate arrived. Not that day and not for the 4 weeks following. I've given up. Now looking for other contractors. They're fairly pricey but their work is really nice. Pool customer service though…. can kill a deal.

He was punctual and very professional in his initial visit (free cost estimate) and his final visit to provide personal installation. He did provide touch up paint if we needed it in the future. We were treated like a valued customer and in today's world, sometimes that's lost with businesses. Even though our purchase was small, Hector's had great concern for our needs.

Hand M Wrought Iron are great to work with. Hector was punctual in keeping our appointments, and so helpful when it came to designing the perfect iron work to compliment my home. His daughter faux painted all of the ironwork that Hand M installed, and ironwork that was fabricated and poorly painted by the other company. I sure wish that I had found Hand M first because it would have saved me from spending money twice to fix the poor work from the first company. My fireplaces look terrific and it was a "no fuss" easy experience working with Hector and Liz at Hand M. I highly recommend this company. They do whatever it takes to make sure that the customers are completely happy with the work.
