Came right away and unplugged toilet without problems

We arrived home from a weekend in the desert to find our water heater leaking. We called Eastlake Plumbing and were pleased that they could send someone out that day. Fernando is very friendly and professional and explained the process effectively for replacing our 50 Gal. Gas water heater. He worked diligently to get us up to code and install a very nice Bradford White water heater, and took away debris and the old water heater. Quality water heater and superior installation in every way. I don't think we have ever been this pleased with a plumbing job! Thank you Fernando. Will definitely call Eastlake plumbing again!

Repair was completed, however they broke the riser on one of my sprinkler heads near the area they had to dig up. I didn’t notice until I turned on that zone, I replaced the plastic nipple myself.

Eastlake Plumbing has been great. Very responsive particularly over the Thanksgiving weekend when I had guests and really needed help at a difficult time. I also really enjoyed the on demand recirculating pump and have had no issues with the installation.

They were very responsive. They were fine. They were very good. It was expensive, but I’m not really sure. I’d never had that done before so I wouldn’t be one to say whether they were more expensive than others. They changed a pipe, I suppose it was good quality. He was quick. The first time one person came out, and the second time, two people came out to complete the service. The first time it took like an hour and the second time it took like three hours.

Good. But one side of the cement floor replacement was not of the same level with the rest of the cement.

The pipe from the dishwasher was clogged; the plumber cleared it out and replaced the seal around the drainage pipe by the sink; no more leaking! He was polite, efficient, and fast and did not charge the ridiculous amount of money one of the more well known (they advertise on TV all the time) plumbers wanted to charge. I will definitely use Eastlake Plumbing again!

After being told two different things by two different individuals from this company I decided to call back and ask specific questions the gentleman in question became very offended by me asking questions I would never use this man again and that's an unfortunate thing because they are a local plumbing business in our area find a chain

They provided an honest estimate. Work was fast and friendly. Very polite in general. Pretty detailed. Pretty much accurate for the valve and for the work.
