First came out to "repair" our old water heater. The repair did not work. Called out again, and contracted to "replace" hot-water heater. Professionally installed and went well.

They were about $2,000 higher than everybody else. They were ridiculously highly priced. They were astronomically high priced and were not even competitive so I did not use them. They were very nice and extremely professional. They showed up on time and as a matter of fact I had to reschedule when they were going to come but they were on time; there were no issues. When I first called them they were very responsive and were like that throughout the whole process as well as the quote. They emailed me the quote very promptly and I did not have to wait for days like some people. They were great but were too highly priced. The quote did not include any digging or back filling. I would have had to do all the trenching myself. They were charging $1,100 per day for a plumber and helper; it was totaling up to $2,200. The parts were about $1,075 a material. My buddy is a plumber who I had initially asked to do this but he was really busy so he could not do it. I had to get it done because I had to follow on and do some concrete work; I went up and put up a bid. These guys were second highest. I went with the plumber to get the material and it was $500 a material so it was at least a 100% more than the market pricing. I did not have any problem with what they did except for the price. I was shocked when I saw the quote and would have used them if they were competitive.

Person that did the estimate was wonderful. Professional, prompt, etc. Different people did work but they were also on time and personable. Took care to go over plan and then go over finished work. Efficient, clean, polite. Work was done at my Mum's home and I live 100 miles away. Being comfortable with company and trusting them to be on time was very important to me since I was there to meet them. Estimate was in the middle of three we got in terms of price. Range was $700 to $1000. Felt most comfortable with Eastlake Plumbing. Would recommend and would use again. Replaced the washer hoses for parts cost only while they were there (versus adding on labor.) I know this is a minor thing but I appreciate it.

After I cut a hole in my drywall leading to the copper pipe, the crew replaced the pipe, sodered and re-capped outdoor faucet. All within an hours time.

I did not get my senior discount that I was supposed to get. I had to coach them into doing the plumbing work in the way I felt it should be done. They wanted to tear into my walls but I felt it could be handled from the outside. They had to tear out some stucco on the outside of the house, which I had to find someone else to repair.

Came home to a leaking water heater on Memorial Day afternoon. I checked Angie's List and called Eastlake Plumbing and left a message, expecting to be called the next day. Almost immediately Armando returned my call and walked me through turning the gas and water to the water heater off so there would be no more damage incurred. He said he'd put me on the schedule for first thing the next morning. Armando arrived before 8:00 a.m. and assessed the situation and answered all our questions. We decided to replace the water heater and plan to install a tankless water heater in the future. When Armando returned from getting the water heater, he called his two employees to work on the pop-up assemblies and shower faucet cartridge while he tended to the water heater and pressure regulator. The other two guys were equally professional and personable. I felt completely at ease having them in our home. When everything was finished and tested, Armando explained every fee and the details of what was covered under warranty and for how long. We need to replace our kitchen faucet and he told us where we could go that was close by to find a quality faucet that was not made with plastic parts. We will definitely call Armando for the installation of the new faucet. Everything was cleaned up beautifully before they left. We are very pleased.

We had a water leak today and he came and fixed it. He also found the mold build up and asked to get fix that. Nice Person.

I was looking for a plumber to do a main line clear out through our roof vent. I filled out the contact form on their website but never received a call back or contact of any kind. We went with another highly rated plumber found on Angie's List that called back promptly and completed the services needed that same day.

I had initially contacted Armando a couple of years ago for an estimate but did not get my home repiped at the time due to other financial obligations. Fast forward 2 years and there's no postponing the repipe any longer, so I contacted him again. I had just recently signed up with Angie's List and it was a great surprise to see him here with A ratings. Armando and his team did an awesome job. They finished the job a day earlier than expected and never left a mess. The guys did a good job of keeping the drywall removal at a minimum and even saved the larger pieces to be reused for the drywall repair. They installed a new water line to my refrigerator as well as 2 new shower valves at no extra charge (I only had to pay for the cost of the shower valves themselves). So with all the work that Armando has done, I can sleep a little more soundly at night knowing that there is no more flooding in the garage due to overnight slab leaks waiting to happen, I can shower in the morning without getting blasted with hot water when someone flushes the toilet and I can finally use that darn water and ice dispenser thing in my freezer door. I would most definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends and family.

The work was completed in an efficient, professional manner. The work was done in the time frame he promised, at the price he promised. I have also used him for my rentals a few times, and recently referred him to my clients (I am a real estate agent). The clients were well pleased and would use him again. I had another estimate and Eastlake Plumbing was lower. I will definitely use him again. He charges a reasonable price and is honest and hardworking. He cleaned up the mess and left it as it was.

They were able to come the next day even though it was a saturday. The staff was punctual, knew what they were doing, respectful, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely pleased with the service. That said, I was a little annoyed about the pricing (please read on until the end). I had requested the discount from Angie's list but was told I couldn't have it because of the size of my job. I didn't cancel because I wanted my sink installed quickly! While the staff was working I checked Angie's list online to see if this was anything written in small print that I missed. There wasn't. I quasi complained to the staff but paid them as they requested and figured, oh well, the job was done well so just forgot about it. I did not call the owner nor post a negative review. About 2 weeks later I received a check in the mail from the owner, Armando, for the discount amount along with a pleasant explanation of miscommunication between angie's list and them. Very professional of them. I will use their services if every needed again and recommend them for their service and professional.

Was very pleased with the service...from initial phone call to final product.

Armando showed up on time and did a thorough check of what might have cause my sink to clog up.Turns out the problem was a clogged up drain - which he unclogged within 1/2hr or so.

They have been wonderful. They were here for a couple hours. They were prompt and here exactly on time. He worked his tail off. He had to go all the way out to the sewer line on the street. He was definitely working up a sweat. I referred them to my parents. They came out immediately within a couple hours. They were able to get them a new water heater on Christmas Eve. There wasn't anything about them I didn't like.

This is the second time I have used them. All work done well and very reasonably priced. Armando is very nice and pleasant. On more than one occasion, he has also helped me over the phone. Great plumber at great price.

They had a new 1" pressure regulator on their truck. They replaced the fittings and installed the new regulator in less than an hour. This was a easy job for someone who has the tools and expertise to do it, that's not me. If it wasn't for the new shiny fittings and regulator I could not have told that they did anything, there was no mess, parts or evidence that a repair had been done. Fernando and Alex were extremely professional, explained what they were going to do before the work was started and confirmed my water pressure was now at 65 psi following the repair. They explained their 1 year labor warranty and the 6 year warranty on the regulator. There were no surprises, they came out on time and did the job!! Eastlake Plumbing is now in my cell phone contacts list for the next time I need a plumber. They have a $20.00 off coupon on their website.

Service was great. I called late in the afternoon the day before, and Armando came out to the house first thing in the morning. He was courteous and friendly, and he completed the job efficiently. In addition to fixing the problem with the garbage disposal, he did a courtesy check on the rest of the plumbing under the kitchen sink, tightening up some of the fittings, he took a look at the dishwasher for any potential problems, as it is on the same circuit as the garbage disposal. I recommended him to my landlord, who didn't know a plumber, and will recommend him to my friends.

It went very well. Really recommend his services. He is a hard worker!

I had a sink taken out a while ago and some shelves put in their place. The area where the sink was started leaking and I called Eastlake Plumbing. They were very efficient. They were here about an hour and a half and they capped off both lines the hot and the cold. They cleaned up their mess and were gone. I was very satified.

I had purchased a new washing machine that was 2 inches wider than the old one. I had 4 days to make room and my regular plumber was booked up. I called Eastlake Plumbing after checking them out on Angies List. They originally scheduled for Saturday but called me on Friday and said they had an opening that afternoon. They showed up within the specified timeframe, gave me a reasonable estimate for the job, and finished the job in about an hour. So far no problems and everything looks good. Dealing with Eastlake Plumbing was a very pleasant experience.

My house was built in the 1950's and the laundry room has one of those faucets that comes directly out of the wall instead of up through the sink area. We had tried to fix the leak ourselves several times but to no avail. I called EastLake Plumbing and Armando was there within the hour! Awesome! He replaced the faucet with a new one that my husband had purchased a few weeks before. He had to cut the old one off because it was frozen in place, probably because it was so old. Armando was really nice and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. So, not only did I get my faucet replaced but I got an education too! Thank you Armando, you rock!

We recently had our kitchen countertop replaced with granite. A new kitchen sink was also installed. The sink size differed from the old sink, so none of the pipes lined up for quick connection. Also, we had not thought about the dishwasher and need for an air gap, so had not had the granite installers drill second hole in the countertop. My husband was SURE he could take care of the plumbing. After two days of internet searches, misinformation from various people, and failed attempts, he was still no closer to putting things together. And, I was more than sick of washing dishes in the bathtub!! We called Eastlake Plumbing, and our problems were solved. Not only did Armando and his very skilled apprentice plumber make short work of our sink hookup, but they did it the RIGHT way (with an air gap). They also they gave my husband tips and advice, while leaving his ego intact. Thank you, Armando!
