Fast, friendly, and would definitely recommend

After taking a shower I noticed water was still dripping from the showerhead. After several failed attempts by my to get the leaking to stop I finally shut off the water which had me in a panic since we have guests staying with us and we wanted to stay home in the a/c (out of the 100+ degree heat). Eastlake Plumbing was the third plumber on my call list; the first two had no one to send out today for a service call and repair, and they both seemed unconcerned with the dilemma I was facing. Eastlake Plumbing andressed my questions and concerns professionally and said they could send a rep out within 30 mins. They called when they were in route to me, explained the work they were doing, showed me why the shower was leaking, and gave me an estimate of $185.00 for labor and parts (to replace the cartridge in shower handle). They allowed me to use an Angie's List New Customer coupon of $20 and completed the job within 20-25 minutes. They cleaned up the area, turned the water back on, and went on their way. Even with a coupon $165 seems pricey for the work done so that's why I gave them a "B" rating on price. However, the fact that they fixed my shower problem within 90 minutes of my call to them?I would gladly pay that again for the quick reponse though

Fernando and Alex, the plumbers sent to my home, arrived within one hour of my emergency phone call. My yard was drenched. The flood was effecting a retaining wall. So, I called them as an emergency, fearing further damage to the wall. They located the problem within 10 minutes, and fixed it within 30 minutes. In order to locate the problem, it was necessary to dig to find the problem pipe. Before digging, they explained the excavation charge ($150 for digging in the dirt). When I OK'd that charge, Alex went at it and found the problem right away. Then, Fernando fixed the J-joint quickly. The leak had caused a lot of water spillage into my yard and onto the street. They checked everything to make sure there were no other leaks. They explained everything in a language that a non-plumber, lay person could understand, and assured me my retaining wall would not be falling down because of this leak. They came the next day to check on their work. Fernando and Alex were very polite and professional. They wore a company uniform, with names stitched onto their shirt. They showed ID when they arrived. Their work has a one year written warranty. I'll call Eastlake Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

It was great. They were so thorough. They explained everything. I'm totally pleased with the service. I intend to use them in future for another task that needs doing.

They listened to my description of the problem and what I've had done before to correct it. After agreeing that snaking was appropriate, took no time at all to open the drain. Very professional and courteous. Will call them again.

Armando is very professional. He was prompt, efficient, pleasant and his prices are competitive. He gave me the Angie's list discount and fixed the faucet at no charge. I will use Eastlake Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. He went up into the attic to assess the situation. He told my wife and I that we had a pinhole size leak in the hot water line. He told us the cost. he went up and fixed the leak. He also check the water pressure of the water in the house to make sure it was within limits. We were very pleased with the job.

It was a very tedious task as the pipes were badly clogged. When I called Eastlake Plumbing they were alb to send out a technician with in 30 minutes. He worked non-stop for 3 hours but in that time he had to call for additional help with a larger snake. Between them all they were able to completely clear my lines. I was very impressed with the work performed and the clean up. My bathroom was spotless once the plumber/technician finished.

Everything went very well with them. They were prompt and responsive. The price was good and I would highly recommend them.

Armando Becerra arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. I explained the problem and showed him the area where the leak was coming from; under the bathroom sink. He quickly determined the problem, informing me it was the flex hose attached to the valve leading to the faucet. I suspected it was the valve, having a little experience with small home repairs. I applaud Armando because he didn't try to take advantage of a customer (Like some plumbers might). He changed the hose quickly and made sure everything was working properly. As a side note, I reside in an older home built in 1952 and over the last 20 years, I have had several plumbing companies come to the house to do repairs. Mostly minor fixes but also a few major problems. I used large companies who advertise on television and the smaller companies. Not always happy with the end result, as a member of Angie's List and the BBB, checked both sites and found Eastlake Plumbing. The reviews on Angie's list were very positive so I called. I agree with the reviews. I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing and will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

I called Eastlake Plumbing and they came out a few days later. I couldn't believe how fast they did the work. I had quite a mess and two leaking valve (of which I didn't know were leaking). Armando was great especially understanding what the heck I wanted. He was finished in less than two hours without a problem. I would use them again. Very professional approach to customer service.

They were really good and honest. They helped right away - they didnt' make me wait. I'd tell my friends that they are professional and you can trust them.

Armando was friendly and efficient. When a spot opened up earlier than we scheduled, they called to see if it was convenient so the work was done even earlier than planned. Very delighted they are local and kids go to same high school mine did.

I got an estimate during escrow of the purchase of my older home in La Mesa. I knew the plumbing had issues, and wanted to replace the 70+ year old cast iron pipes under the house. In addition, camera work had revealed root intrusion in the sewer pipe connecting me to the city sewer. I got the estimate from eastlake and felt that it was very reasonable (not cheap, but reasonable for the amount of work!). I was going on vacation and authorized the work to be done in my absence. They kept me informed via emails and text pictures and even completed the work prior to the promised date. The work appears very well done and there have been no problems. All waste materials were removed and my lawn was even restored to its former condition. This company is very professional and very accomodating. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I spoke to Armando in the am and he was able to come that afternoon to give us a quote to purchase, install,update and dispose of our old toilets. He also put in a new ice box as the existing one was from the 70's. He was polite,knowledgeable and felt really trustworthy so we booked him and he came and did the work the next day. When we update the kitchen he will absolutely be the plumber we call.

Leak occurred due to incidently minor moving of a water pipe that had a nail in it that originated when the house was built. Water sprayed into the upstairs shower wall and leaked through the kitchen ceiling. I called Eastlake Plumbing after hours and prompt and professional service was provided to immediate locate and repair the leak. I would most definitely use Eastlake Plumbing again and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Here in less than 20 minutes, very efficient and professional. They got the job done I would recommend them.

Very professional, called to ask if they service 2nd floor condos in the Eastlake area and if they can snake the drain. They scheduled and were very prompt. I have a tenant in the property and they gave her a courtesy call before arrival and they called me when the service was complete. I am happy with my experience. I also used their Angie's List, first time customer coupon. The service would have been $85 but with the coupon it was $65.

Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. Armando was great at explaining the work and how plantings would be protected and replaced. The clean up was excellent. Armando also pointed out that adding a shut off valve would allow us to turn off water to the back irrigation system while leaving water available to the house. The irrigation control was old and he spent lots of time getting it removed, then did research to find an equivalent which he replaced on a return trip. They did work for a neighbor who also highly recommenced them. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional. I got pictures sent to me to show what the old pipe looked like and what the work looked like once it was completed. I had no trouble getting in contact with people from the company, and they were able to come out quickly which was wonderful.

Two staff's member showed up on time. They were professional. Price-wise I think they are very, very expensive. I even mentioned it to them. They didn't accept my Angie's coupon for first time customers because I didn't mention it when I called to scheduled the service :-(. That was disappointing.

After doing some home diagnostics for our garbage disposal, we deemed that it was unfixable and purchased a new one at Home Depot. We contacted Eastlake Plumbing one morning and we made an appointment for early that afternoon. Armando arrived on time and asked if he could try and repair the disposal, as he was skeptical that it was no longer working after only two years. He did indeed fix the disposal and some leaky pipes attached. The net result was I was able to return the disposal and get a credit for more than what I was charged to have the disposal and pipes fixed. I am thrilled with this service and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

My husband and I discovered a ceiling leak in our downstairs bathroom around 800 p.m. I called Eastlake Plumbing and spoke with Armando who said he could come out in 30-40 minutes. He was here within 30 minutes and ready to work despite having worked all day long. He discovered the leak, fixed the leak and cleaned up everything. When he checked the water pressure, it was too high so we had the pressure reducer repalced, not expecting the extra expense, but if it saves more leaky pipes in the future, well worth it. Very professional, very efficient, very friendly. We have had him do work at our home before and were happy with the work done.

Very professional, punctual, had a minor problem and they came out and fixed it right away, they did excellent work. I would definately use them again and recommend them to someone looking for a plumber.
