Great, Eddie from Eastlake Plumbing quoted me the price and I actually had both bathroom showers repaired since they were 26 years old. Once Eddie confirmed that replacement parts were available, I figured I should do both showers. He called from the parts store to confirm the cost and I gave the go ahead to complete the job. Eddie was very friendly and even wore booties on his shoes and made sure that he covered the floor before he started to work. I now have a plumber that I can trust.

Both times the overall experience was 100% positive. Professional, reasonably priced, on time, and completed to our satisfaction. We will use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

They were able to start a 3 day project the day after my initial call! Aldo, who came out to do the quote and also managed the work, was awesome. Extremely professional, attention to detail, cleaned up after every day, and very punctual. I have used 4 different plumbing companies in the past but Eastlake has won my continued business. Armando and his crew were great. When Armando came out to give us a free quote to replace the pipes, told him I was having a problem with my toilet, he took a look and told me what was wrong, what to buy and how to fix it myself. It was simple and no charge. We had gotten other quotes, they were all about the same, but we liked Armando the best we felt he was honest and knowledgable he knew exactly what was wrong with the toilet, The other plumbers told me it was something else wrong with the toilet. I will use him again, when needed.

We experienced clogged drains in our kitchen and laundry room that we could not clear. I called Eastlake Plumbing in the mid-morning. Although they were fully booked that day they were able to send a technician in the afternoon. The technician arrived at the time they said he would. He was very polite and efficient and completed the work we requested. This is the second time that I have called Eastlake Plumbing for service needs and each time they have responded promptly and made the repairs needed. I've been very impressed with their work and courtesy. Highly recommended.

After waiting hours for another plumber to show up we called eastlake plumbing and they arrived within the hour as promised. Armando was efficient and professional. Their responsiveness and punctuality was much appreciated.

I highly recommend this company. The repairman was neatly dressed in a navy uniformed shirt and dark pants, he was polite, explained what was wrong and showed me the problematic parts, then showed me the repairs. He was also honest and efficient. Price was very reasonable. I had to call a second time but still rate them an A for responsive because it was the Sunday before T'ksgvng, he was super-busy, and came right away after the second time I called. They have Sunday hours.

Work was completed within a day - the plumbers cleaned up after their work. They were professional and very responsive to our questions. I would not hesitate to use Eastlake Plumbing again!

While installing a new toilet I broke a plastic water pipe in the wall behind the toilet. I called Eastlake Plumbing and they fit me into their busy schedule. Armando was at our house within an hour. He was very professional and courteous, and able to repair the broken pipe in about an hour. Excellent service!

The service provider, Armando, was prompt, courteous and efficient. The work was done perfectly, and we will certainly call them again when we need more plumbing work done.

They were able to come out the same day I called. I saw the water stains on my garage ceiling the morning before; a small bit of plaster had fallen. They came out, cut out the damaged drywall, identified where the pipe was leaking and performed the repair. Fernando was very professional and careful to clean up afterwards. He explained everything he was doing very clearly and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend this company. It is so hard to find good contractors, and especially when it comes to plumbing problems. They are very customer oriented.

I called about 8 am. Someone was here before 9:30, water heater was drained and new water was installed, old water heater removed before 1 p.m. I appreciated the quick response, the accurate estimate, no mess left behind, and friendly helpful service. I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Eastlake Plumbing was able to perform their services on the same day of incident. They were punctual, professional, and got the job down. The only thing I was unaware of, is that they wouldn't clean up the mess, but that was okay as the drain was unplugged. They also look at our kitchen drain.

As in the past, Armando or a member of his company, arrived on time and performed the annual task of flushing the unit. They take time to explain what is happening and offer any needed advice on maintenance.
