+ -1 moreArrived on time, cleaned carpets in about 30 minutes. I asked him to redo the bedroom traffic area, the dog had eaten in that area and was heavily spotted. It took two days for carpets to dry adequately. I noted that no protectors under furniture legs were used. He did not pre spot for the stain areas. The carpet was cleaner but not clean!! Without pre spotting I would not expect they would be.
Description of Work: Cleaned living room and bedroom carpets.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, very professional, courteous, and did the job and did not leave any mess whatsoever... I would highly recommend them, and I have to others.

+ -1 moreEverything worked out very well. They were very reasonable. They did not try to talk me into other stuff. They are on Angie's List and they have good ratings too. They did a good job and I did not feel like I was paying for new carpets rather I felt I was paying to have them cleaned.
Description of Work: The carpets in my entire house were cleaned by Durbin.
