carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreIt went well. The carpet was extremely old and very stained and dirty. They made it look respectable. The main thing about them is that they were very inexpensive and very quick.

+ -1 moreThey didn't perform the cleaning because I didn't hire them.
Description of Work: They would not provide me with a quote over the phone. I explained that I had one bedroom with a carpet to be cleaned as well as a converted 1-car garage with a carpet to be cleaned. They had dropped off a coupon for $55 to have 4 bedrooms cleaned. I asked if this coupon could be used to clean both the bedroom and the converted garage. They said no because the garage didn't count as a room, even though it is connected to the house and can be entered using a door from the living room. I asked them if the garage could be counted as 3 bedrooms (since the coupon was for 4 bedrooms total) but they still said no and that I would have to pay full price - $35 for the bedroom and $55 for the "garage". They lost my business.
