Very thorough, tidy. No complaints. Very satisfied.

They showed up on time , perform the service in a timely manner and left the property very clean.

It didn't they have never made it to a single appointment.

They didn't show up!! Had an appointment at 8am. Waited around until 9am before calling to see if they were coming. They never showed up and never replied to my voicemail. Now, I look on Angie's List and see that this company has done this to a bunch of other customers. Very unprofessional!

I left a message for Clear View and they called me back right away to schedule my appointment. I spoke with Rick and he was very nice and very professional. I had to reschedule and he was more than accomodating despite the fact that he had to drive all the way from East Lake to Oceanside. Rick and his partner arrived promptly and worked quickly. I loved the fact that they washed my screens and didn't just brush them. You couldnt even tell there were screens on the windows when they left. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend them to anyone. I also liked that if I continue to use them twice a year, I will never pay more than $99. They did charge a $25 trip charge which I was willing to pay with the price of gas and how far they had to come. Rick was a pleasure to meet and a pleasure to work with.

Two appointments not kept - not work ever done.

We had scheduled an appointment for today and they cancelled by leaving a note in our door; they didn't call though they have my cell and my husband's. They had also no call no showed previously when we tried to set up an appointment the first time around.

It did not. Don't use. No call when they did not come to my home.

Rick was very professional, as was his crew..Was a pleasure to deal with him and his crew..They showed up on time..Wore booties on their feet...Did an excellent job..We signed up for him to return every six months..No contract to sign, just a verbal agreement which I like..

The crew arrived right on time ( 1:30 in the afternoon ) and went directly to work. They did not have any trouble with keeping our doors closed - we have indoor only cats - and were considerate of them at all times. They did not take any offence that I was adamant about our cats not getting out. The back of the house is fenced off from the front but not even the gates were left open. One small bush got broken from a ladder but the bush was brittle and directly under a window so no fault. They were polite, cleaned up everything, and my windows were amazing. Especially the sills and sliders. On acerage a lot of nasty stuff can get in the sliding area of windows but they got them totally clean. I'm looking forward to having them out again in the spring and, maybe, even going to twice a year. Thank you Gentlemen. You are a business I can trust.

First scheduled appointment was canceled due to illness, theirs not ours. No contact other than an email explaining the situation and asking if we could please call them (why they did not call us is still a mystery!) and reschedule. We did and they were supposed to show up this past Saturday at 8 AM. No show, no call, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a real black mark for Angie's List. We would like our money refunded and an apology for our time being wasted. We spent the morning of the appointment moving furniture out of the way (again) and waiting for them. I hate when people waste my time on my only day off!!!

The workers didn't show up and I haven't received a phone call two weeks later.

As I said before, they did a wonderful job cleaning the windows. I hope they will communicate with their clients in a better fashion -- and will keep customers notified as to when they will be able to do the job.

The owner is very professional and punctual. He and his crew did an excellent job and my windows and screens look terrific.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for whole house window cleaning. The company was hard to contact for my appointment. My first email and phone message were not answered promptly. Once I did reach the company, there was no problem. My house is an older house, circa 1941, on a very busy corner in San Diego. The windows and sills pick up a lot of dirt from traffic, and had not been cleaned in a while.The cleaners, when they showed up, were very punctual. There was a bit of resistance from them about cleaning the sills, but this was clearly in the Big Deal and they did it. The windows came out very clean.The screens also came out very clean, but some were not placed back in windows correctly. Also, some loose paint got knocked off windows and they didn't sweep up after. Overall, the windows were sparkling. I would hire them again for window cleaning, but I wish they were easier to reach for appointments and I'd be really, really clear about what I'm expecting in the job.

First appt with Ric was scheduled for July 31 at 10:30. I took off work. They were a NO SHOW with out a call or attempt to reschedule for over a week. I called them repeatedly to see what had happened. I was only able to leave messages with no response from them until over a week. Then they called and said there had been a family emergency. I gave them another chance and rescheduled for Aug 11. My husband agreed to stay home. They cancelled the DAY OF the appt. I emailed them and told them we couldn't afford to set aside more time and trust them to show up and that I wanted my money back They referred us to you. I have documentation of all correspondence.

Excellent. Team arrived and worked efficiently and professionally. Work was quick and excellent. These guys are outstanding

Clearview did a great job. When I called them to schedule the appointment, Rick was very courteous and helpful on the phone. On the scheduled date, Rick and an assistant appeared at the agreed upon time. They worked very quickly and quietly, were very efficient, left no mess, and were a pleasure to have in my home. My windows look amazing! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a really classy job at a great price!

The ordeal has taken well over two weeks. My windows are still not cleaned. I wasted to day waiting for a confirmed appointment.

I would not use this company again; very poor customer service.

They did not show for my first appointment and then did not return phone calls. I received a refund from Angie's List Big Deal department. I would not recommend them for Window Cleaning Services.
