They do not take calls! We stayed home all day 3 Saturdays and they did not show - even after a confirmation call on the Friday. Take them off your list!

Arrived on time with 3 people doing the work with all the necessary equipment and ladders and di a fantastic job.

Great job, great value, professional demeanor. Would use again.

Missed appointments. My confidence in Angie's List has plummeted considerably since I read these 14 reviews which mirror my experience. I was dumbfounded to see Clear View listed on the Pages of Happiness listing in the December 2012 Angie's List publication. Clearly, Angie's List does not do any weeding out or check-up on customer satisfaction. This company has serious issues when it comes to being a reliable contractor for window washing or any other services IMHO. If Clear View of Eastlake shows up for some jobs and receives an A rating but turns around and bails on other jobs and gets an F, then either there are two or more subcontractors bidding for jobs within this company, or there are sever problems with management and responsibility.

I have set up at least 4 appointments with him and he has missed them all. He at least for the first 3 notified me but the last one he missed he didn't contact me at all.

I had some trouble connecting with them but I am hard to reach as well. They did call back but don't answer the phone much so I had some difficulty setting up. They were right on time, very professional and fast and did a perfect job. I would hire them again in an instant

When they finally came out they did a good job. We had trouble getting a hold of them at first.

I tried to call the company but all I got was an answering service . I left my name and number but never heard from them. I contacted Angie's list. The girl tried to contact them to resolve this problem but they couldn't get them either. I then requested my money back and filled out the form but I still do not have the return of my $99.00.

the only problem i had was that some of the assistants were not careful with curtains. I ended up having to iron all of them that the assistants dealt with. they just crumpled them instead of laying them down straight. The owner did not do this. His younger assistants just need to be trained a little better on the niceties of working in someone's home. Everyone was polite, etc. Just young guys that need to be trained better. I would use again.

They were on time and performed the service very quickly. This is the second time we have used them, and would not hesitate to use them again. There was a minor scheduling glitch where they did not have us listed in their daily manifest on the day we had originally scheduled, but upon informing them they immediately rescheduled us for the next available mutually convenient date and were extremely apologetic. If you sign up through Angies List for their service, they will give you the same price if you schedule another cleaning within 6 months. Highly worth it.

They were courteous and professional and did a superb job. My only complaint was that the price I had to pay seemed too high because my house wasn't much bigger than the size for the deal price of $99.00.

I bought the coupon for window cleaning services in July. I have been trying to get my widows cleaned since then. They were difficult to get a hold of, only a answering machine and email. I have had 3 confirmed appoinments set up and they didn't show up all three times. I changed my schedule around and moved items from the windows only to be stood up. They mentioned that they had a family emergency but they still stood me up after the family emergency was over. This is no way to run a business. I contacted Angie's List and they are getting me a refund.

This is a little troubling. My experience with the company was excellent and I was encouraged to tell family and friends about the services. Without hestation I recommeded the company to a friend who was in the process of preparing their home for sale. They contacted the company, agreed upon a price and scheduled a date and time for service. On the scheduled day they were a NO SHOW. My friend called the company to check on the situation and was told they had had some problems that morning and would arrive later that day. After that call the company was a NO SHOW for the rest of the day without even a courtesy call to explain why. I had a great experience with the company but will not be recommending them again. I am embarrassed and my friend is upset.

I have tried to contact them and have only been able to leave messages.

Company showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

There have been better offers but overall I was very pleased with this outfit.

This will be an interesting review as services were never performed. I bought a Big Deal for this company to clean the windows of my home. The reviews (at the time) were solid, so I made an appointment for the end of August. The company never showed up and worse yet, they never called to apologize or to set up another appointment. So I played phone tag with the company for weeks and finally made contact with the owner. I set up an appointment for last week (10/18) and the owner called me the morning of the appointment to cancel. Fine, rescheduled for this week (10/25). Weary of what happened in August, I emailed the company the morning of 10/25 to be sure they were coming. Four hours later, I received an email stating the owner was still sick and needed to reschedule. Yes, people get sick, but rescheduling 3 times is absurd. Next call is to Angie's List for my $169 back. Then CANCEL Angie's List. This company should not be listed---get a clue Angie's List, I'm not the only person who has had this problem with Clear View!!!!

A crew of three arrived and one was the supervisor--maybe the owner. They worked very efficiently and had this job done in no time. They worked as a team and obviously knew the window cleaning business. Very polite crew.

Very professional. Each of the 3 workers who came to do the job was courteous and careful to do a great job.

They arrived on time and left with all furniture and items moved back in place.

Although it took a few days for the initial call to be returned, I was very pleased with the performance of the entire crew! Because this was an and quot;Angie's Specialand quot; many folks were calling to take advantage of the and quot;dealand quot;. I am certain that is why my call was not answered as quickly as possible. I only have a total of 7 windows and 2 sliders, but the workmanship was excellent! The price may be a bit steep for such a small job and thought they might throw in at least one shower enclosure, which are all glass. All in all, the windows were beautifully clean and sparkling when Ricardo and the crew left.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They they finished all outside and inside windows quickly . This is a top notch crew and company to do business. Even though there was an additional charge because I am out of their area, they are located in Chula Vista, I live in North county. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again.
