This company stood me up - not once, but twice!!! They had an appointment to clean our windows prior to a planned party in December - they didn't show up - no call - zero. I figured that, because it was raining, they'd thought I would not expect them to come!?? Foolishly - I called a few weeks later to schedule an appointment - and they showed up - a bit late - with a crew, apparently ready to clean my windows. The apparent owner/manager met with me for a and quot;walk through.and quot; He was very cordial -- professional! He and the crew looked over the job and said they needed to return to Chula Vista to pick up some ladders or equipment. He said they would return to do the work but - they DID NOT RETURN - did not respond to my phone calls - did not call me back. Unbelievably unprofessional. I do have a and quot;challengingand quot; home - several stories - but I have had several companies over the years and NEVER been treated so unprofessionally. The company I finally hired did an excellent job, at a reasonable rate, without any problems.

I bought an Angies list deal for $169 because we have a lot of windows and that is a great price. Some of the reviews were questionable, but I thought it was worth a try since I was not in a hurry. I did get on their schedule right away for about 3 weeks out. On the day of the cleaning they called to cancel in the morning due to a family emergency. Having a family of my own, I'm understanding about these things. They fit me in the following week, but it was evidently too soon because I was cancelled on again the day of the appointment. I began to wonder if it would actually happen, but they scheduled me again another 2 or 3 weeks out and this time the owner and one other guy showed up. The owner was very nice and professional. They worked quickly and quietly and soon I could enjoy looking out of my clean windows again. The only complaint I have with the job that they did was one the windows that the other guy (not the owner) cleaned. He left some water on the floors by the french doors (thank goodness they are tile) and on the window sills. I was happy that the owner did the upstairs because there is carpet up there and he was meticulous and cleaned up after himself. Next time he comes, I will tell him my concerns and I have no doubt he will make sure it doesn't happen again.

They were able to get the appointment scheduled quickly. They arrived on time and did a great job.

Overall it went fine, it took them less than a hour.

They were awesome. They put on little booties before they came into the house. They did a beautiful job. They were topnotch. It was a great experience. The guy was very pleasant. They guys were on time, were all dressed and looked good. I was really pleased.

The company did not immediately respond to my telephone inquiry to set up service, but eventually we were able to schedule. They did an good job on most of the windows however they were not able to reach all of the windows and their ad indicated they would be able to do ALL windows. They did not let me know they were done - they were all suddenly sitting in their truck in my drive way and so I went to get my check book - I paid by check and then was asked by the and quot;leadand quot; person for the confirmation email and the ad indicating the agreed upon price - this was not requested prior to their visit or at when they arrived. IN ADDITION- I was asked for an ADDITIONAL - OUT OF AREA FEE OF $25.00. - this was never discussed or mentioned at the time of scheduling this appointment - which I told them. I told them I was not paying a and quot;tacked on feeand quot; IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER THEY LEFT - I discovered they had BROKEN THREE POTS in my back yard - One containing a large and prized BEGONIA's that I have been growing for over a year - -AND 2 OTHER LARGE PLANTS IN CONTAINER POTS ON THE GROUND. NOTHING WAS SAID BY ANY OF THE WORKERS that any damage had been done - yet there were pot fragments in PLAIN SIGHT. I did not call them - as I decided right then - I would never use them again - Around two or three days (mid week ) they came on a Saturday) I received a telephone call telling me again that I owed $25.00 for OUT OF AREA FEE - I will never USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE. Very unprofessional - damaging property and tacking on additional fees. Thank you

Took some time to get scheduled but the crew was great-super work and very friendly. I plan to use them again.

Two cleaners arrived on schedule and did an efficient job cleaning the windows and screens in our 2-bedroom Condo. They were very professional and cooperative. I would rate the quality of the work as very good.

They came early the first day and I wasn't there but left a note instead of calling me. They cancelled a couple of times. They weren't great at contacting me. I was pleased with the results when they did do the work.

The deal had expired and the company would not honor the deal or even credit the amount we had already paid to Angie's List. The new quote was higher than we wanted to pay. The merchant was not particularly accomodating and told us to go back to Angie's List for a refund.

I cannot remember the company owner's name, but he was professional, friendly, and courteous. He came with two young assistants, and overall I would grade their work at about a B+ level. I have a two-story house, and the only ciriticisms I would offer about their work was that some of the harder-to-remove smudges and dirty spots on the outside of some of the second-story windows were not properly cleaned (I believe they just used and extension squeegy and got what they could from the inside of the house). A second criticism I would note is that I have found that the sliding door on the outside of my downstairs bedroom no longer seems to slide as easily as it did before they took it off to clean it (it now derails easily and is hard to move). Perhaps it's just a simple adjustment, but with a little more care this issue could have been avoided. Overall, though, I would certainly invite them back again, as I believe the owner has the kind of integrity that would seek to correct any legitimate problems that you brought to him.

I only wish I had read the reviews here about this provider's unreliability when it comes to scheduling and/or actually showing up for an appointment, because after at least 20 e-mails in less than a month's time, we finally settled on TODAY (Friday 4 January, 1 pm) as the appointment time. (A previous appointment on Dec. 6 was cancelled by the provider, who informed me by e-mail the night before that two of his workers were out with the flu.) But no one showed nor called by 1 pm today. And when I tried to call the phone number given in the coupon and in the provider's e-mails, I only got an answering machine saying that and quot;the voicemail box is full, it is impossible to leave a messageand quot;. After waiting around another hour, I called at 2 pm when I was actually able to leave a message - someone must have checked for messages in between, though not bothering to call me to say that they weren't going to make it to my house today! In my message I asked them to please call me back today, as my coupon is due to expire on 8 January whereas I'll be away soon. It is now past 9:30 p.m. and I certainly do not expect to hear back from them any time soon - probably not before the coupon expires. And to think that I could have had the plumber come today instead, as my garbage disposal went on the brink a few days ago, too! The long and the short of it is, this provider may (or may not) do a great job cleaning windows, but if he's not professional enough to 1. honor appointments 2. call to say and quot;sorry we won't make it todayand quot; 3. be reachable at the appointed hour 4. return your phone calls in a timely manner the customer just might never find out how well he and his crew actually can clean ANYTHING!

Arrived on time. Did the job amazingly fast. I was impressed

I had a little trouble with setting up an appointment. The first appointment no one showed up. I called and then received an email from them to set up another appointment. No one showed up for the second appointment (or called). I emailed explaining the situation and the owner emailed back explaining there had been some family problems. So, we set up another appointment. I am happy with the work they did and that it did not take long. The owner said I could have it done again in 6 months for the same price which was a special deal I had purchased.

Ricardo (owner) showed up with 2 helpers, so they finished quite quickly. Workmen took care to place paper booties on their shoes while in the house so as not to dirty carpets. We have window tinting film on the interior, so they took special care not to scratch it. They did an excellent job, and were in and out in about an hour. I wi;; use them again come next summer.

My coupon had technically expired, but Ricardo cut me some slack and quot;because it was Christmasand quot;. I did all of my communication via email and was answered promptly. My house has a lot of windows and their team of 3 was done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Lousy. They took our money and never showed up. We finally went to Angie's List to get a refund -- it was one of their deals.

Clear view showed up on schedule. The owner/supervisor was prersent and made sure the work was done promptly and well. The windows inside and out and window sills were cleaned promptly and well. The owner/supervisor was attentive and took prompt action to rectify the few problems we saw. One window had a few streaks noted after they left, but overall the service provided was quick, well-done, and worth the cost.

They arrived right on time. Came in and cleaned the inside and then the outside. Everything went perfect. Would definitely use again.

Didn't show up to original appointment (11-17-12,) with no phone call or anything. Tried to contact them to reschedule for 2 weeks, but no return phone call. They contacted me after I complained to Angie's list and we rescheduled for 12-8-12. He and quot;called in sickand quot; the day before the appointment rescheduled for this coming Saturday, 12-22-12. I emailed him yesterday to confirm he was going to be there this Saturday and he has not replied.

They did a great job once they got here. They had to reschedule when I called them to see where they were. They did a wonderful job, and I have then scheduled for every six months. They were supposed to come last moth, but rescheduled because of rain. They were going to come the day before yesterday, but it rained again. I have not heard about another reschedule yet. I am looking forward having them come again. They are excellent once they get a date that works. I would prefer that they call me if they are not coming, even if it is obvious that it is not raining. After they came in May, my windows were they clearnest they have ever been, so Clear View really knows how to clean windows excellently.
