Description of Work: No one showed up for service on the date and time I made the appointment with them a week earlier. I called twice and left a message, no one called back. I reported this to Angies list. They left message. 9 days later still no call from Clearview. I've had it. The end.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal 4/9/12. I scheduled service for 9/29/12. (Coupon was set expire on 10/06/12.) On 9/29/12, Ric Bartlett called to say he had shingles and couldn't come. He said he'd call back to reschedule and did not follow through. I called and rescheduled for 12/7/12, but had to leave San Diego on an emergency and called to tell Ric. He said fine, that I could reschedule at my convenience, and that the new year was fine. I called 3/2/13 to schedule and left a message. On 3/4/13 received call from Ric and we set cleaning for 3/29/13 at 8am. Ric called to confirm date and time on 3/25/13. On 3/25/13, no one from Clear View showed up at 8am - or at any time that day. I called and left message at around 10am asking what happened and for a return call. No one called me back. I called again at the beginning of April and one more time on 4/5/13, saying I wanted a refund since no one even bothered to call me to say why they didn't honor the appointment on 3/29/13. I then contacted Angie's List today, 4/15/13, as it appeared I would have no response from Clear View.

Description of Work: Communicated via email and played phone tag until spoke over phone. Initially tried to state the job would be more that what the deal was listed at. Finally did schedule for service, but the company was a no show. Have only been able to play phone tag with them briefly thereafter to no avail. Ultimately gave up.

After approx. 25 calls, I complained to Angie's list and the next day the owner called me a set up an appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up. At that point I again called Angie's list and requested a refund which I received. I can't believe this company is still on Angie's list. Where you ask the question "Did the company perform services?" I answered "yes" because I had already paid for the service, but in fact no services were ever performed.

Description of Work: The Services were to be performed on 11/13/12 at 7:30am - a date the Company proposed to us. They emailed at 6:20am (a lttle over an hour before they were supposed to be ot the job) on 11/13/12, saying they coudn't make it. They proposed an alternate date, more than a week later, that didn't work for us. After we sent an email and a phone call/voice mail back to them, there has been NO RESPONSE! The service was never performed and we requested a refund. Don't let their smooth introductory talk on the phone fool you. These guys have no concept of Customer Service!
