They arrived on time. The windows never looked better. I am now satisfied with their service and would try them again.

A total waste of my time. I not only made sure someone was here when the window cleaning was supposed to be done and then no one showed up, but I still have dirty windows and have to start all over!! So frustrating.

When I tried to get them to come out the first time, they weren't able to. Then we rescheduled, and when they were supposed to come out the second time, they did not show up and have been unresponsive.

I am thrilled with the results. They were very professional and very fast. I will definitely use them again. My windows have never looked so good.

They arrived early and called ahead of time to make sure that was OK. A team of 3 arrived and they got down to work right away removing the screens which they washed as well. They were very careful around the plants outside and wore covers on their shoes when they came into the house. They didn't drip or make a mess inside and were very professional and friendly. The owner, Ricardo, was very personable and answered all my questions. My windows and screens are spotless and I got a great deal. ( I have an attached patio room that has 9 windows and 2 doors just by itself!) I will definitely use them again.

Rick was really thorough in his cleaning, and really precise with putting everything back. My windows look great.

Using a discount coupon obtained through Angie's List Big Deals, we contacted Clearview to set up an appointment. Although it took a couple of calls and an email or two, we were able to secure an appointment within two weeks of purchasing the service. The owner and his two helpers arrived 15 minutes early for an 8 a.m. appointment (a good thing) and did a perfectly professional job of cleaning our windows. They were polite, wore shoe booties in the house, and took off/reinstalled the screens without any damage being done. This is not always the case with other window washing companies. I would highly recommend them .

Overall, it went very well. I'm very pleased.

Contacted Ricardo at Clear View of Eastlake after seeing ad on Angie's List. A time was arranged for window cleaning. After my explanation that my house had just been power-washed and painted, and that the window and screens were quite a mess, and also after indicating the size of my home and the number of windows and sliding doors, etc., Ricardo gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate. Ricardo and an assistant arrived right on time and after a brief perusal of my home, they began to work. Both men were polite, meticulous and professional. Windows were gleaming, screens had all been cleaned thoroughly, and tracks cleaned also. I was quite happy with the whole experience and most definitely will have this company back for future window cleaning. Also, I will recommend them to my family and friends.

It was very easy to make an appointment, and they showed up right on time. They did a fantastic job, our windows basically look new. They also cleaned all the tracks which made a significant improvement in the look of the windows.

I made an appointment and had to wait about 3 weeks. The day before the appointment I received a call to confirm. The next day I waited and no one showed up. I tried calling and left a message that day and 2 days later but no response. I have put in a request to Angie's List to refund my "Big Deal".

Clear View would have gotten A's but for an unfortunate lack of communication. We were scheduled for the cleaning and they had an emergency. We waited all day for them to show without any contact. Tried to eamil and called a number we had without any response. Very frustrating. Once scheduled and completed they did an excellent job and were both professional and very nice to work with. We will use them again but hope for better communication in the future

I called Clear View and left a message and received a call back later that day, but I missed the call. What I really appreciated was that Rick called me back again and left the times that he would be available to call. We set up the appointment, Rick and his crew arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. They took care with our property and were very efficient. They were in and out in a timely manner. The windows now have a "wow" factor that I never imagined. They sparkle and our view is enhanced by the squeaky clean windows. From now on, Clear View, which lives up to its name, will be cleaning our windows. This was our first experience using Angie's List, and if all the companies are as efficient, professional and courteous as Clear View, we know we will be in good hands. They were initially responsive and scheduled me for three weeks out. The first appointment available was yesterday. He called to confirm the appointment in the morning. When the appointment time came, no one was here and no one called. A couple hours after the appointment time I called and left a voice-mail asking if they were going to be here. I called again later in the afternoon. I still haven't heard back from them. I called Angie's List for a refund - I have a bad feeling about this and it messed up my whole day.

It went beautifully, no problems. Couldn't ask for better service.

It went very well. They were friendly, professional and knowledgable. They showed me where my Milgard double paned windows were failing between the panels so I can call that company and make a warranty claim. It is so nice to have clean windows and screens again.

Rick and I initially had to juggle appointments due to unforseen circumstances for each of us. He continued to stay in contact so that we could coordinate an appointment fitting to both of our schedules. They arrived on time and were finished in one hour. To help expedite the process, we cleared furniture, etc.away from the windows prior to their arrival to allow for easier access while cleaning. They wore covers over their shoes so as not to track dirt in the house. I was simply amazed at how quickly the whole appointment went and my windows AND tracks have never been this clean! I have already scheduled my next appointment and have referred him to a friend who will also be booking an appointment. Thank you.

Clear View of Eastlake will be coming up every 5 months to do our windows. We moved into our house 2 years ago and only cleaned the outside once with the garden hose. We did not realize how dirty our windows were until they came a cleaned them, it makes a huge difference when we look out them now...Thank you for doing an amazing job and looking forward to having you come up again!

Ric and his crew of two, were professional, in and out in no time at all, neat and tidy in and out of home.

She scheduled two appointsment with this service provider. Both times he did not show up and did not even give her a call to let her know he could not make it.

It’s an unfortunate situation. We were supposed to have the windows cleaned on June 13th. We were having a party on June 15th, and he called us last minute to cancel. So, we weren’t able to have our windows washed for the party. My wife was a bit more disappointed than I was. Since then, we’ve been trying to get a hold of him, and he has not returned any of our calls.

The windows have never looked better!! I never had them look as good as they do now! Such a well coordinated crew had everything done inside an hours time--Extremely pleased with Ric and his entire crew and plan on having them return in the future too--was also told that if I have the job done again within 6 months, he would honor the Angie's List Big Deal price--For a task that I really disliked, and could never do as well it makes sense to use professionals like Clear View of Eastlake to get it done quickly and right. Am thoroughly satisfied from start to finish!!

They never showed up the first time and I had to call to reschedule. On the second time they didn't show up and didn't call.

Short version: There's a saying, and quot;Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.and quot; Poor communication, no show despite 2 appointments. Longer version: Bought $99 in/out window cleaning (for max 2000 sq ft house). The phone estimate for my 7000 sq ft home was $570, which Ricardo said was a discounted price. We had an event in 10 days, and so he scheduled me in. We were scheduled at 1:30 on the day he was supposed to come (2 days prior to the dinner party), no one showed. I made repeated calls, messages, and sent a text (hoping it was a cell phone #) - we were notified 3 hrs later by text that the crew had an auto accident that morning. I was already rather disappointed, but understood and was glad no one was hurt. (But would have appreciated a call at some point, since I scheduled my work around their appt time). I received a message the next day - they would be able to come Fri am (10:30am). I called and confirmed. He texted later that they were running late, but would let me know when they were on their way. Again, no show. No call, no text. No answer on the phone. The party came and went. I texted that I wanted a refund a few days later. He said he would still like to do the job. I decided that I wanted a refund, and called and left a message. No call back - it's been a week. He may do a good job. I will never know. But clearly they have room to improve on communication. Still hoping they will honor their word to at least refund me.

Clear View arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They did an amazing job for a very fair price.
