Jesus fixed the burner. Just $65 Dishwasher was broken due to tenants not utilizing for 2 years. Jesus offered to repair but for a few extra dollars I determined it would be best to invest in a new one. Jesus installed for $100. Since it took me a day to buy a new dishwasher, Jesus trusted me to take care of the bill all at once - 1 day after fixing the burner. I gave him a $10 tip on the day he fixed the burner but when he came back to install the dishwasher he was willing to apply the $10 tip to the total bill. Very nice but I insisted that was his tip for the first day. I gladly gave him an additional tip for the dishwasher install, and for fitting me in his busy schedule. Nice guy and great work!

I called and spoke to Chuys himself on the first day. He came out in a timely fashion, told us what the problem was and determined that we needed a new water pump and a new belt. They came out the next day and repaired it. Originally thought it would take about an hour maybe an hour and a half but he was done within 25 minutes. Was told that if there are any problems give them a call they would come out and fix any problems. Offered a warranty with my receipt. They were very great about making sure I felt comfortable. We were really happy about the service provided and kept his card in case we need him in the future. I like that they were concerned not just about the money but about following through as well.

He arrived as schedule and was resonable in pricing. ANd gave us knowledge on preventative packages.

I WAS IMPRESSED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING AS WELL.
