+ -1 moreOverall, job was done thoroughly and professionally. Electrician was dogged in his efforts to find the cause of the electrical shock the plumber had received. He came back the second day to be here when the plumber returned to snake out drain to insure that it did not happen again. Worked very well with plumber. After plumber completed his work, electrician stayed to finish other electrical work - gfi outlets, moving light switch, light fixture mounting installation, etc. Very satisfied
Description of Work: Todd Johnson came out on 4/5/11 initially to determine source of stray electricity that shocked a plumber when plumber attempted to snake out drains from roof pipe. House is over 50 yrs old and he found a number of issues that needed correcting. Thoroughly checked electrical boxes inside house and garage. He came back the next day to work with plumber to insure no further electrical shock issues would get the plumber. He installed gfi outlets for kitchen outlet, and several others in various rooms for computers and other electrical equipment. Moved light switch from inconvenient location behind fridge to hallway outside doorway into kitchen. Installed mounting for new kitchen light fixture and gave us suggestions on changing/updating other lighting. Professional, thorough, punctual, personable. We felt price was very fair.

+ 1 moreI called Todd and found him to be friendly and professional. He came in within a few hours after I called. His estimate was right on and finished the work earlier than he thought. He cleaned up before he left. It was a very pleasant calming experience. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone else.
Description of Work: We needed rewiring done on an old oven and also needed a ceiling fan installed. The house is from the 1930's so we had no idea what expect. The oven is from the 1950's. The wiring needed to be updated to include a three prong plug for a new oven. The ceiling fan was being installed upstairs.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Todd Johnson, was very professional and polite in our initial phone conversations. He was very good about giving me an estimate for the dryer and the recessed lighting over the phone, assuming there were no unforeseen problems. In the end, although I thought the landscape lighting had some wiring problems, he found that the settings were just off and it had some burned out bulbs. He didn't even charge me to replace them (I provided the bulbs) and the troubleshooting time, which was nice. I was home the entire time and he was working the good part of the day (about 6 or 7 hours).
Description of Work: He repaired some landscape lighting and added 3 light fixtures in our home. We also converted from propane to an electric dryer, so we needed an extra circuit and a 220 outlet installed.
