+ -1 moreTHE ORDER TOOK A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF TIME AND UPON A CALL BACK, IT WAS RELAYED THAT THE ORDER WAS LOST. A SECOND ORDER WAS PLACED, WHICH AGAIN TOO MUCH TOO LONG.
Description of Work: REPAIRS WERE MADE TO A WINDOW AT THE REAR OF OUR HOME, WHERE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO FORCE ENTRY TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE FIRE IN OUR HOME. DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE SLIDING MECHANISM AND GLASS.

+ 0 moreVERY POOR SERVICE. HAD TO RETURN MANY TIMES, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RIGHT. THEY ALSO WERE BILLING ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED. I WOULD NEVER USE THERE PEOPLE AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPLACEMENT OF SCREENS, WEATHER STRIPPING AND ROLLERS ON WINDOWS.
