I bought a new screen door from the catalog in their showroom. An estimator came out to my house initially to take the appropriate measurements of my door frame. C&C ordered my door and it arrived in approximately two weeks, which was exactly on schedule. We scheduled an installation date, and two workers came out and installed the door in about 1-2 hours. They were very friendly and professional, and took care to pay attention to aspects of the installation that were important to me. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our screen door. As requested by C&C, I paid 50% ($175) up front, and 50% at the completion of the job.

It looks very nice. I was very surprised that it didn't cost me more than it did. It was a very good service. The young man came right away and he measured everything. We sat down and we picked out the glass and the color of the metal that goes around it. He had good advice on how tall to make it, I didn't have an idea if it had to go all the way to the ceiling or what, so he told me what size would be good. It is a very small bathroom so he really took good measurements so the door will open up to go in and out. So they are very good. Then when they completed it and got it here, they make the glass, the guys that brought it were very good, very clean and very nice. They are very reasonable. We have used them whenever we need something for many years so they are reputable and they have gained my trust.

We use to use them years ago for windows. We loved them back then but it's been a long time. We liked them for their good pricing and good service. After shopping around I think they were good.

The initial salesman was efficient and professional. Within 24-hours of the onsite visit, we received a written estimate via email. We had all of the proposed work scheduled and performed. All of the work was processional and the quality was excellent. The onsite installers, were very cordial and accommodating. Excellent experience.

We've used this company for window screens in the past and always had great success. They gave us a choice of materials, and were honest about the pros of each, but didn't push one over any other. C&C's screens are well-built, durable, and fit well. In the past we took our old screens in to make sure the new ones were the correct size; this is the first time we gave measurements over the phone. About 6 years ago we contracted with C&C for a pretty complicated new glass shower wall and door. It still looks beautiful, and the door still swings true.

We had investigated three window replacement companies before deciding on C&C Glass. They were low-key, we felt the product was appropriate to our budget and overall quality of our house, everyone with whom we came in contact was pleasant and professional, there was no damage to our home, they cleaned up beautifully after themselves and the price was right. What more could you hope for? We're anxious to use them again to replace the remaining windows.
