+ -1 moreMike was in and out of there in a few hours. He arrived a few minutes early and did a great job. My family has used his services many times and really like working with him. He seems like a very fair and honest man.
Description of Work: Installed a sub-panel box and hooked up the new heating and AC HVAC unit. This is the first time I had AC in the house so I needed more circuits. He also added an outlet in the kitchen for a dishwasher.

Description of Work: My gas range was not working, and I went to the store and bought another one. Later, I noticed that 2 other electrical outlets in the kitchen were not working. I called Mike Bartels to come and fix the electrical problem. He called me, and told me how to fix the problem myself, over the phone. He spared me the obligatory service call and it's charges, and I was able to easily fix the problem myself. This is not the first time he has helped me this way, it is the second. He has already saved me enough money in unnecessary service calls, that I would happily pay him a fortune the next time I need him.

Description of Work: Repaired switch that wasn't working. Repaired broken fixture. Removed light bulb broken in fixture. Corrected connection for lighting in barbecue, and identified problem with stereo. Provided an estimate for adding lighting in our garage.

+ -1 moreWE HAD THIS COMPANY BACK BECAUSE OF THE GREAT WORK DONE THE FIRST TIME. WE HAD INTRICATE 2 WAY SWITCHES AND DIMMER SWITCHES PUT IN-THE KIND WE COULD NOT DO OURSELVES.
Description of Work: HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE SHORTING OUT. MIKE BARTEL REWIRED THAT SIDE SO THAT IT DID NOT SHORT OUT. THE OTHER TIME WE HAD SWITCHES AND PLUGS REPLACED.
