+ -1 moreJerry Velasco is the owner of All-Tech Roofing. He calls himself a tradesman. We call him a craftsman. He's been putting on roofs for over 20 years. We have a 63-year-old house in La Mesa that he re-roofed, put in new insulation and corrected some electrical issues that were uncovered when the old roof came off. Jerry specializes in Solartubes, a specific kind of tube-like skylight, and had done some work like this for a family member who then introduced us to Jerry. His pricing is competitive with other quotes and his attention to detail and quality of work is off the charts. He does beautiful work repairing wood damage before laying the new roof. Except for the tear-off of the old roof, Jerry works alone and is meticulous about the details. Call him, meet with him, have him give you a quote.
Description of Work: Put on new roof, replaced insulation, and corrected electrical problems.

I really love getting up on the roof with him to let him explain what he is doing with the repairs and see his workmanship. Jerry is very honest and professional. If I have a problem in the future I will not hesitate to call him!
Description of Work: First Jerry came over on a Sunday and helped me to fix a leak in my tile roof. I recently called to get an estimate to permanently repair this section along with looking over the entire roof to fix some problem areas. Jerry went over the entire roof fixing problem areas that had dry rot, flashing issues and broken tiles. I really appreciate his attentiveness to detail and creativity engineering fixes to correct problems that the original installer left.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Jerry is a professional, a good communicator and probably knows more about what you want than you do. He is meticulous and will suggest things that will probably make you happier with his work over the long run. He was accommodating to my requests (rain barrel incorporation) and did a very good job. I have been recommending him to my friends; he has one of the only seamless gutter machines in San Diego!
Description of Work: 133' of seamless gutter to cover both sides of the house (open gable roof), one side of a single-car garage, and four downspouts (four on the corners of the house, one on the garage feeding directly into a rain barrel).
