+ -1 moreOverall, it was outstanding. Jay came out on time, explained his process (which was great) then proceeded to conduct the inspection. Wwhen he commenced the inpection the sun was out and a few clounds were in the sky but, mid way through the inspection it begin to rain and he did not miss a beat; he donned his rain jacket and switched to a waterproof memo pad. I was really impressed. After the inspection he walked me throught the list of discrepancies and explained to me in the most basic terms.
