+ -1 moreHe was on time, got it done. Price was ok. After a week or so we discovered that one of the locks on the back door failed to lock or unlock with the key provided. We also wanted a company to reset our floor safes in the house. We called and left a message about those 2 items. About 10 days later, after hearing nothing from the company, we called and left a second message. No one has ever contacted us from that company again.
Description of Work: They came out to re-key our newly purchased home, making all locks match to one key. He re-keyed 7 locks, and provided us with 3 keys.
