There was some good and some bad. The water heater they brought was damaged and rather than authorize the purchase of a new water heater at a Home Depot that was closer to my home, they had to return the damaged water heater to a Home Depot where they had picked it up. This extended the time to do the job by 2 1/2 hours. The technician however worked through a number of problems in the installation and successfully installed the water heater, so I will give them a 5.0 star for work quality. The price was a little more expensive than I thought was reasonable but not outrageous.

They finished the project on time even when I added to the scope of work. They were highly professional and their workmanship was top quality. The overall project was top notch.

This company cares about the customer and in doing the right thing.

Joe called right away after I submitted my request on Home Advisor. He was very genuine on the phone, so I liked him from the start. He said he would arrive at 12pm and he was on time. The new water heater was installed that day, within a few hours. He was very polite and professional. I will call him back if I ever need his services in the future.
