Description of Work: He installed a toilet on Christmas Eve morning. 45 minutes in and out. I supplied a new toilet he supplied a new feed. He solved three big issues that would have taken me more time to figure out. The toilet that I bought came incorrectly set up. The water supply (new) should have worked.. different required. Different seat attachment that what I was used to. With 12 people coming over the next day.. he saved it for me.

+ -1 moreThe landlord called him and he came out that same evening. He has been here in Chowchilla for ever. His professionalism seemed very good. He didn't try to fix it from the inside but dug outside and got it fixed. Everything was fixed and it worked the same evening. We felt satisfied with the work.
