I don’t usually leave reviews however, my experience with ECG was so good I had to! Since the carpet cleaning company I’ve used for years no longer does residential carpet cleaning, I had to find a new one. So I apprehensively looked on line. I got lots of calls. But one really stood out! Everardo from ECG Carpet and Concrete Cleaning politely called and left a message. Still hesitant I didn’t call back. But when he called the second time, I answered. And I am so glad I did! After 5 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats, my light colored carpet was embarrassingly thrashed! After talking on the phone, Everardo came out and had a look at my carpet that I really thought was beyond repair. He answered all my questions, (there were lots!), he said he would be able to clean my carpet. Hiring ECG was a great choice! My carpet looked amazing! He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and professional. And, great price! I would highly recommend ECG! Definitely my new long term carpet cleaning company! Thanks so much Everardo and ECG! 😎
