Water heaters Replaced, wall dried, drywall not repaired. Job not finished. No itemized invoice after repeated requests. Paid final bill to avoid collection.

The plumber sent was friendly and did fix the leak. Unfortunately, he unnecessarily tore apart our walls. This then required extensive repairs. Apparently they have a sister remodeling company, Bahamas Construction. These guys were unprofessional, late, and unable to fix. I ended up having a reliable contractor come in, redo the original work, and then perform the remodel. I will never use again.

Scheduled an appointment for 9 am Saturday morning. Sweetwater confirmed a plumber would be here between 8 and 10 am. No show by 10:15 am, but more importantly no communication saying they were running late. I called to tell them not to bother coming because I had scheduled other folks to give me a quote at 11 am - no apologies from them either. Although disappointed they wasted my time, it's probably for the best because if they aren't reliable with the quote they won't be reliable with the work either.

It went very well. The guys had problems with my rusty sink etc but they met each situation with ease and fixed all of my stuff. All nice respectful , professional young men.

The plumber came out to give us an estimate. He said that changing the flapper would cost $331. I told him that this price was prohibitive. He immediately lower the price to $295 an assured me that this was what any plumbing company would charge for this service. Even though it was a steal from his part, I had to go to work and get it fixed. He went to get the piece that needed to be replaced, and spent no more than 15 minutes replacing it and adjusting it. As soon as he left, the water level in the tank started to leak because the water level needed for the water to shut off was not enough. We had to call the company again and asked them to send him back to fix the issue. He came back with the wrong disposition and complaining that he had to leave some other job that he had started elsewhere. The problem was fixed, but the experience with this company in terms of pricing and honesty was horrible. Hire at your own risk.

As soon as I finished filling out the Angie's list info, sweet water plumbing called and said they could be there in an hour or so, they showed right up and even sent a pic of the worker. He assessed the job and said it would be $850.00, not having the luxury of time I agreed. So he did the job. He dug a 2.5 foot by 1 foot deep back channel to cut the PVC pipe to allow for the new replacement connection then went for parts. An hour later he was back and worked for another 1.5 hours for 2 hours total labor. Knowing basically what was needed a 3 foot piece of schedule 40 PVC, a few pvc couplings, a Union, and a connector to the water meter (roughly 50$ in parts ($56 according to the techs response when confronted) and the job was done. So for 2 hours of labor and 56$ in parts it's a 850 bill. I wasn't aware plumbers were such a trained group as to warrant $400 per hour for their labor, even if you add the driving to and from plus running for parts it's still $300 or more. Now this is a mixed review as the guy was knowledgeable, punctual, and got things done fast, but the price was robbery. I called both the office and the tech and told them I can not give a decent review with this price. I was told his supervisor would call me to discuss things, following several hours of no calls, I called their office only to get a "they will call you" again. My 2 cents call someone else, and Angie's should dump these guys as not returning calls after overcharging is bad business.

Company lied about price. Plumber came to my house gave me a price, then after a few minutes after agreeing to the price, the plumber calls me and tells me there are more leaks. There were leaks on all of my pipes in the bathroom. Do not know how that could have happen when it was not there before he started working on it. He said it would be more, but if I use the insurance, It would only be my deductible. I told him I did not want to use insurance because the deductible was too high. He said I would only pay, 1,100, if I use the insurance. So, I agreed. Than after I paid and every was done. Owner stared calling demanding more money, he said the insurance paid me and I need to give him that money. I refuse because we had agreed on a price. They got paid from the insurance for the fans they use about 3,000. And now wanted more money after I had paid them 1,100. I refuse to pay and he took me to court and won. Took money from bank account. He said he does this all the time. How desperate can you be to take advantage of people who do not know anything about pluming. Now my insurance cancel me because they said I had more leaks on the pipes and we needed to reroute the pipes, which the plumber said he did, but the insurance said they did not. I was so stress about this, I will never trust another plumber again. People get everything in writing before they do any work and have them sign it. Do not use this company.

Sweetwater came out and gave us a bid on a plumbing job. After signing a contract they went to work. The first day we were with out water and they were there until 11:00 p.m..telling me it was almost finished. Had to return the following day to finish job.......came the next day.....finished job but it leaked. Sent out another plumber on a Friday but he said it was an 8 hr job and would be back Monday at 8:30 to 9:00. Showed up at 10:30.....fixed the leak....was done in a couple of hours said he just told us it was an 8 hr job because he didn’t want to work on a Friday afternoon.

Very well. Staff was professional and courteous.
