Wishy-washy and in the end I felt deceived. The paint job was fine, but communication on his part was very poor. He gave me a price in text and we talked on the phone. I decided to move forward. I told him what color I wanted (brown). He said that he had a brown color and maybe we could use it. He told me he would send a photo of the color, via text. I was fine with that. He also said whether I use the color or not, it’s included in the price. I would hope so because I have never got a paint quote where the paint was not included in the estimate. We scheduled a date and time. The night before the paint job, he sends me the color in the late evening. It’s a mossy gold (olive green), not a brown color. This meant I had to run out the next day before he came to text him a color. He doesn’t show up for the time. I call and he tells me that he was planning to come the next day, but he never informs me of his plan. He tried to blame me and say because I didn’t give him the color early enough. I was going to cancel, but then he changed his tune. So, we ended up rescheduling. He did come, but right before he started he sends me a text with the price. He goes significantly higher and he adds the paint color price on top of it! We get into a verbal conflict. He shows me a text I never received on my end earlier than the last text I received. He basically added the paint color price onto the mystery, missing text with an even higher price.

He always does a great job, always prompt and on time. I would rate him A in all catagories and I will use him again.
