Description of Work: Overall is was good. They were late in arriving and the cleaning was average and okay. I would use them again and know where to focus on when they are cleaning.

Description of Work: These 3 ladies came in and imediately began working. We don't have to say a word they just do what they need to do and are mopping right out the door when done. Great Job.

Description of Work: There were 3 ladies for 2 hrs. One cleaned the kitchen....microwave, cooktop, fronts of dishwasher, refrigerator, ovens and dust edges of cabinets. Wiped down the coutertops and sider door of the kitchen. The other 2 ladies cleaned the master bathroom excellent.....dusted master bedroom, living room and dining room. Dusted wall corners and wooden blinds. They vacumed and washed the tile floors. The house looked and smelled so clean......

Description of Work: I used Jamie's Cleaning service to get ready for a big party, and then decided to use them monthly. The women who come to clean are extremely hard working, and leave the house looking good, even cleaning in places that I didn't expect (for example, scrubbing all of the kitchen cupboard doors). They have never arrived exactly at the time they are expected, but I was warned that they are coming from another home and may not be exact.

Description of Work: This is to rectify an honest mistake where I accidental inputted the wrong rating (B) when it's should have been an A. Utitilizing the Jamie's Cleaning Services for the past 3 years is not only satisfying but worry free. Proven and tested, it's not only manned by reliable, honest and efficient workers but it also offers flexible schedules at a more reasonable cost than other services I have tried. Employing this company is highly recommended and you'l find no cost to regret.

Description of Work: I talked to Todd and he seemed friendly. He said he would call me back the next week with a schedule. He did not call the next week so I called him back. He told me "he forgot". I am glad I never used him as this is not the professionalism I wanted.

Description of Work: Requested deep cleaning for house. Cleaning team showed up on time, but the work was very disappointing. The team lead had an attitude when asked to go over some areas that were missed. There was still dust on some of the surfaces and window sill. We went ahead and let them go without finishing the work. Called the Todd and let him know of the attitude and poor customer service we received from his people. Will not recommend service to other people

Description of Work: ARRIVED ON TIME. PAID FOR 4 HOURS. THE OWNER ADVISED ME IN ADVANCE THAT THIS IS 4 HOURS OF LABOR. 3 PERSONS PROVIDED. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD WORK FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES (3 X 1.2=4 HOURS. THEY WENT A FEW MINUTES OVER TO GET THE JOB DONE PROPERLY- THIS WAS APPRECIATED). I WAS HAPPY WITH BOTH THE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM AND THE GREAT ATTITUDE OF THE TODD-OWNER/MANAGER?)

Description of Work: There was an additional cost. Quality of work not good. He did not accept feedback, and got defensive. I would never use them again.

Description of Work: Jamie's Cleaning Services sent 3 women over to clean the house for a total of 4 hours. They did a good job cleaning my kitchen, bathrooms, and did a great job with my floors. I'd definitely hire them in the future.

Description of Work: Todd, who I set the appt up with, was easy to work with. They charge a rate per person per hour. The ladies that came to clean worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using them again!
