Image Hardwood Flooring

My experience with them was okay. There were little gaps that I was not happy with. The work was good but not all the way finished I thought. They were very professional, but again when the work was done it could have been a little better, but not too bad.

Had an overall good experience working with Image Hardwood. They provided a competetive quote. When I was ready to schedule the work, they worked my project in the schedule quickly. Really happy with the quality of the installation. I would, however, preferred they did better cleaned up during the 3-day job (spaces were occupied) as well as final...I'm still finding saw dust debris behind doors.

We purchased flooring through Simple Floors and we requested an Installation quote. Eugene arrived and was part of Image Hardwood Flooring. He was prompt for our initial appointment and went through the measurements quickly and described the services. He and his crew showed up promptly for the installation appointment and quickly worked out the plan. They removed the carpeting and flooring, prepped the sub floors, and helped us by moving the heavy furniture during the install, installed the flooring and the baseboards. Eugene had quoted a 1 day project and completed everything described between 8 am and 6:30 pm and within the quoted price. The final result is really beautiful and better than I imagined it would look. The installation team was very professional and focused. They cleaned up after themselves really well and helped us return the heavy furniture items to their original place. I'm really pleased with the work product, professionalism of the team, and the entire experience. I would recommend Image Hardwood to anyone looking for flooring install.

Eugene came out and gave and told me about his services, asked questions and wrote up an estimate I received via e-mail the next day. Eugene's approach was straight forward and he was not an overbearing sales man. After agreeing to work together, he was able to put his crew together in a short period of time and we started two days after the estimate. Eugene showed up on time the first day and we made sure everything was prepared for his team. The team carefully moved furniture and met all our requests in regard to moving the furniture. We needed to be out of the house from 8:30 to about 5:30pm every day and we went out of town over the weekend during some of the staining days. Eugene checked in during the morning and early evening every day to let me know where we were during the process. The job was finished in the timeframe discussed and he was there at the job most of the time and at least a couple of hours every day. It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend having him come out and giving you a quote at a minimum.

Eugene was very prompt. I was slow in getting back to him about scheduling an estimate but he called back and followed through. He considered our circumstances and made excellent suggestions. There was a slight problem with some of the installation and Eugene came back and repaired the problem. My husband still has one slight issue with a molding and would like it repaired, but in good conscience I can not bother Eugene with something this small.

I am very happy with this hardwood company. It is very difficult to get the quality they give elsewhere. The crew was very hardworking from what I could tell, and worked very diligently on the floor repair. They were very friendly and were very helpful when it came to questions I had about the job they were doing.

Workers were prompt and did a great job! The owner, Eugene Beck, takes great pride in his work. He was very protective of our floors and covered the floors with rosin paper to protect them from other workers that we hired. He also came back a month later to do touch up and repair damage caused by sloppy installation of cabinets by our main contractor. He didn't charge us for this follow up effort.
