GLASSHOPPER MOBILE GLASS

On Halloween this year some kids horsing around outside threw a rock through the kitchen window. It wasn't a huge hole and I ignored it for several weeks. When some additional chunks began falling out I decided to get it fixed. I called Glasshopper and got their incredibly cheerful phone person, Laurie. We set up an appointment for the following week. Because it was raining that week, the owner (his name escapes me) called to say they couldn't do the work because the silicon would not dry properly, so we rescheduled for the next week. The repair man, Chad, showed up on time only to find out that the window required putty and not silicon and he didn't have any on his truck. In the meantime, the owner called and apologized and the appointment was rescheduled for the next day, depending on whether or not it rained again. The next morning the owner called and said Chad was on his way if it was OK with me. Chad arrived within 20 minutes and finished the job in little over an hour. These folks were super all around and I appreciated them keeping me informed of why there were delays and apologizing even though the rain was not their fault. Nice folks all around.

AFTER ORDERING THE DOOR THERE WAS QUITE OF A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE DOOR. POSSIBLY COULD HAVE BEEN TO THE HOLIDAY SEASON. OVERALL THEY DID GREAT WORK AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY WATER LEAKING PROBLEMS.

ONCE MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN BY THE COMPANY THE ORDER WAS PLACED QUICKLY AND THE ENCLOSURE WAS READY FOR INSTALLATION WELL BEFORE THE EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY. THE INSTALLERS WERE TIMELY, NEAT AND CLEAN. THE INSTALLATION WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION AND NO FOLLOW-UP ADJUSTMENTS WERE REQUIRED. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

THE PEOPLE CAME OUT AND COMPLETED MEASUREMENTS, AND ABOUT A WEEK LATER, SHOWED UP WITH THE NEW GLASS. THEY USED OUR EXISTING FRAMES AND INSTALLED THE NEW GLASS IN A VERY QUICK TIME PERIOD.

CHARLIE WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED HOW THE DOOR WOULD FIT IN OUR BATHROOM AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE GLASS. HE CAME BACK IN A MONTH JUST TO CHECK ON THE PRODUCT AND TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT KEPT THE APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE SALESMAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY HELPFUL. THE WORKERS WERE ALSO ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GLASSHOPPER WAS OUTSTANDING. I HAD CALLED SEVERAL GLASS COMPANIES, AND THEY WERE REFERRED TO ME BY A FRIEND. THEY CAME OUT, MEASURED AND DID A PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT JOB. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE.
