John, I cannot believe how you respond to your customers when you know you are completely in the wrong. We did a complete kitchen remodel except I wanted to keep my wonderful porcelain covered cask iron sink. John came over and I must admit, he was a really nice, personal, cool type of guy. Until we needed him to fix ALL the problems with his work. He returned one time to try and fix the drips, chips, and debris; it did not work. These are the exact same complaints other clients of yours talk about and you turn completely unprofessional in your responses to them instead of taking accountability. John, we trusted you and you let us down. I love my new kitchen but have a stain on it, that is your work. Please just tell your dissatisfied customers that you are sorry for the shoddy job you did. Or better yet, inform us that there may be drips, debris, chips, etc. so we can make our decision to move forward with you or not. You completed our job in Dec 2021 and me and my husband texted you and called you over and over again in attempts to have you return but you kept ignoring us or giving us excuses why you could not return. This went on all the way until 4/4/22 when I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Your response to the BBB was so hurtful and a complete lie. This is what you said...."This customer has done this to every contractor that has worked on their property. A scam. A complete nightmare. I refunded money to them. Did not want to deal with such nonsense." How could you say such a thing when you have no idea what contractors have been to our home or what experiences we had with "every contractor that has worked" on our property? How could you say such a thing when my husband always texted you in a respectful manner when trying to get you to return and fix the issues.... for months??? This was hurtful John. We appreciated the full refund you gave us, but we would have much rather you did the job you promised you could do. Please do better because you have a great skill and could make a lot of people happy with that skill. Good luck and God bless.

We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops-not really new but they sure do look like it! We had 20 year old laminate countertops and needed a reasonable update. Chris and his assistant resurfaced our kitchen and bathroom countertops as well as our island. We picked the color/pattern (he had a lot to choose from). They arrived on time and it took about 4 hours. Most of that time (it seemed) was prepping to ensure minimal mess. They really did do a great job in this area. Since they are actually spraying the material onto the desired surfaces, prep is a must! I found very little left behind. What I did clean was a few doorknobs and a bit on the floor. After a few washes it cleaned up. I did not think this was unreasonable. I was concerned with how durable this would be and in the first few days we definitely babied it . It has then over a month and it has proved to be as durable as our laminate was but much prettier! I was concerned that some areas were smoother than others. Chris assured me that most of this would smooth out over time-I was skeptical. If you are expecting a granite or glass finish on your surfaces, you will be disappointed. Most of this has smoothed out but there are some areas that have not as much. Along the counter edges are the least smooth. For us this hasn't turned out to be a problem. We realized that we were not getting a high-grade countertop but a aesthetically pleasing alternative that fit much better into our budget. Also it does shine and is easy to care for. I use Pledge multi-surface cleaner as recommended. If you walked into my kitchen you definitely would not know that we didn't pay top dollar for expensive countertops. Not only are we pleased with the counters we are definitely pleased with Chris and Franklin Interiors.

During the project scope and estimate phase, John was very responsive to our questions and provided us with options. We agreed to the scope and the date quickly. Day 1 of the job, the crew arrived promptly. They completed day 1 ahead of the quoted time. Day 2 went the same. John was very frank about the amount of noise and other disruptions we would experience, which we appreciated. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship. We have already referred someone else to Franklin Interiors. And we are considering them for another project. We highly recommend Franklin Interios for any tub, showers, sinks or countertop work you may need. Franklin Interiors has many options to choose from.

John tolerated all of my texts even before I hired him (thanks John). Our new tub-shower was done in Desert Rock and It turned out beautifully. The job was completed much faster than I expected and no mess was left behind. I do recommend you leave the house during the time John is there as the fumes were pretty strong. I canâ t wait to put on the new hardware and shower door to complete the remodel.

The sinks look great. But there was a lot of overspray I have to deal with on horizontal surfaces in the vicinity

John was very professional and completed two bathrooms in only 3 hours. I highly recommend him

re-glazed my kitchen sinks, had to call him back for runs, etc. Came back, sanded, said that was the best that could be done. Sprayed Orange Glow and left. Called him again a week later and he advised he would call me on Monday, March 2. Have yet to hear from him, and today is March 8. He also told me he normally did not do these small jobs, and when I asked him why he came out, he told me because he was referred. Love my redone bathrooms. John did two countertops, a fiberglass shower/tub, and my master shower and encased tub. The colors are beautiful. John was very responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend saving money this route over a complete remodel.

They did a great job. However, there were drips. They came back to sand it out. I feel they should have told me about the drips instead of me having to call back to complain.
