Being harassed by receiving multiple phone calls - 17 times with there phone number showing and after I threatened them that I will report them to the police they went on no caller Id and called me again for 15 times and I started ignoring them. At 3:05AM this morning they started calling me again and blocked them.

The man that came to our home to assemble furniture and mount a floating bookshelf on our wall was polite and professional. He did a wonderful job and we’d definitely hire him again.

Jeremy saved me a lot of money by managing to install a second strap in the existing water heater. A contractor had installed the heater with only one strap when he had access to the back wall. Now, when there will be an inspection for the house sale, I saw that there didn't appear to be any room in the tiny closet containing the heater to get back to the wall to install the second strap. A plumbing outfit said the heater would have to be drained of water and removed. Jeremy, who is quite strong, managed to move the 75 gallon heater enough so that he could access the rear using a twenty inch extension on the drill bit. He did everything well and was a pleasure to deal with.,

Jeremy was amazing. He strapped in our water heater so that it was up to code. And when he was about to leave I told him about some issues in the bathroom and he fixed those too!! Awesome service. Friendly and honest. I’d definitely use them again.

It started out great. They showed up on the appointed time, even calling to let me know they were running late. They came back on Saturday and not only did they not get anything fixed they left without any hot water for the entire weekend. They said that they would be back on Monday the 31st before they left on that Saturday. Monday came and no one showed up. I called the person who contacted and expressed my dissatisfaction about this entire process. He came out, looked at everything and fixed 1 of the 3 items I needed repaired. (I fixed one myself on Sunday).

Excellent, very professional and answered all my questions. Even went beyond to assist in future if I didn’t understand how to drain my unit. Highly recommend
