Paul's Plumbing

In August this year I had this plumber install toilets and asked him to fix the lever to divert the water from shower to tub because it was stuck. Instead thus plumber (Paul) and his son (Phillip) took it upon themselves to tear into my shower and break the cartridge and damage the valve. When I told them I didn’t need work done on the shower just the lever, they told me to order the parts and they would come back to fix what they damaged. Two months later, I still have a damaged shower (cannot use it at all!). The owner Paul gave me excuses and denied taking the shower handle and stating since I don’t have the shower handle he couldn’t repair what the damaged shower, but he can replace it for $1200 and stayed that’s the best he could do. It’s my fault for not doing my due diligence when looking for someone professional. I have since sought estimates from professionals who are quoting this repair to cost me over $1900!!! They also shared that some plumbers will intentionally break your property so they can charge you an outrageous amount!! I am so disappointed with them and want to warn you to beware of this “wolf in sheep’s clothing”!! I was duped and am paying a pretty penny for it!! Shame on you Paul!! I will let everyone I know about you!!!

Paul was working the day after Thanksgiving, and showed up when he promised. He fixed the toilet, verified it was flushing properly, and more importantly (for me, as I'm NOT the handyman type) gave advice on if/how/when we should replace the toilet. The overall experience was very pleasant. I will definitely call Paul first for future plumbing needs!

Installing this tanklesss heater waas part of a much larger house remodel. The unit work fine for about 4.5 years and then it started to leak. I had a plumber come out and look at it and he told me the unit was installed completlely wrong. The vetallation pipe was not to code and I was lucky our house did not burn down. No service valves were installed so the unit could not be properly flushed which resulted in the unit leaking. I called twice and left meassages but no one returned my phone calls. Do not use this plumber. He is not professional and does bad work.
