Too soon to accurately rate the quality of the work but I was very impressed with the worker. Moved quickly, communicated well, seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I am expecting that he fixed the problem.

Yes, Jorge is very polite and thorough. He completed the work as discussed, showed me what he had done when he finished, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He honored our oral agreement with no problem. One suggestion: It would be more professional to put the work order in writing for his and client's protection.
