Description of Work: They diagnosed my refrigerator and due to the analysis of the problem, the service man felt it should still be covered under the warranty even thought it was 6 years old. He provided the number for me to call, all the serial and model #s and wrote down what I needed to tell them and he was right the parts were covered under the warranty I just had to pay labor. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

+ -1 moreWhen we called them, they did a good job. We got mad for calling them because our GE had to work fine without service. Our 10-year-old, 12-year-old GE refrigerator is not like the GE refrigerator my mother had years ago which lasted for years or so. It took 40 to 50 years for that one to give out. But the service company did okay. We renewed with them yesterday under a policy.
Description of Work: GE Repair fixed our GE refrigerator. We have a policy with them so it did not cost anything.

+ -1 moreThis repairman is seasoned and a professional all the way. Nice to have someone come in and just fix it and leave.
Description of Work: He fixed the evaporator on the freezer and ordered parts and installed for broken shelf on door and cover from drawer. The cost of plastic parts is outrageous and the only thing that was expensive on this call.
