The bathroom was never completed because after four weeks of what was to be a 10 day job I had to fire Robert Sanchez. It was obvious that the job was never going to get done. He made many excises for not coming to do the job and the work that was done was mainly done by another person. Robert stopped paying that worker and of course he refused to come back. I foolishly gave Robert money up front for the project and I have no idea what he has done with it. He did not pay his worker and my bathroom is completely unfinished and unusable. Also, about 2 months after I had my windows done, the workers came to my home twice trying to get payment because Robert Sanchez did not pay them! I had paid for the windows and have the cancelled checks ($6,800) to prove it. I am extremely upset with the poor quality job Robert has done and I am very angry that he did not pay the window company who did my windows. I strongly recommend that you do not use this contractor for any work in and around your house. He seemed so nice, but he did not follow through. I now need to pursue legal action against him to get my money returned and I need to pay another contractor to complete the job. This has been a nightmare.
Description of Work: I had planned on doing several home improvements. Robert Sanchez was friendly and helpful at first. He seemed interested in the jobs. I needed new windows throughout and he had a company whom he worked with. I went through them and they were great. I tried to pay them directly, but they said to pay Robert instead. I paid him in full and he even provided me with notice of "paid in full" for the windows. I then decided to have him do one bathroom only to see how things went before hiring him to do more. Thank goodness I didn't have him do more.

HORRIBLE. Robert was very unprofessional! After the blueprints were competed the job was to be started immediately and did not get started until months later. When they finally started the project, everything seemed to be going smoothly. The workers would arrive every morning and do the job that needed to be done for that day. About 2 weeks into the job they stopped coming. It would take days before receiving a call back from Robert or the company, they would apologize for the inconvenience and every time it was the same story he would blame the workers. The workers that were hired by Robert did not know what they were doing. MANY mistakes were made. The employees that was installing the floor tile refuse to finish the job, because he was not getting paid. A four week job turned into four months, and now no employees. The room needed to be completed so my granddaughter and her children have a place to live. I had to hire an electrician to correct mistakes made, heating and air conditioning company to install a return, plumber to fix dryer vent, baseboard and door to be installed. All in all this remodeling has been a complete nightmare and a major inconvenience and has cost me MORE money. I would NEVER recommend him or this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Robert was the contractor in charge of the entire job, he hired all the workers and was in charge of buying all the supplies needed. All the money was given to him to do so. The job was to build a bedroom addition to my home.
