Great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Leak Finders to anyone.

They responded quickly to our service request. He came that morning. The communication was always good and the emails were frequent. He made phone calls when needed.

Mike and his team were amazing! Even though this was a small job for them, they gave it all of their effort.Unfortunately, the job became far more complicated than anticipated -due to incomplete and confusing instructions provided with the pool kit. Despite this, Mike made numerous phone calls to the distributor and obtained the complete instructions. He and his men went out of their way to complete the installation as quickly as possible- working into the late night- so that our 7 year-old could finally have her pool!The men worked neatly and efficiently. We could not possibly be more pleased with the service Leakfinders provided us! I must also add that Sandy, the office manager, was equally attentive to our pool needs.

Very professional job. They found the leak, scheduled a time a few days later to come out to repair it, did the repair (which included cutting a chunk out of my deck and then pouring new concrete to close it), and cleaned up the whole job beautifully. A couple of days later, we found a slight problem with the plumbing changes and they were here the next morning to make it right. My leak is completely gone and the spa functions as it is supposed to. I highly recommend this company!

Very professional and a bit expensive.

They were excellent. They deserve a good rating because they found the leak, and they went right to it. They cleaned up and left it exactly the way it was. I have had no problems since then. They were really excellent. I really can't say anything regarding the price; it is $300 just to find the leak. I think it's kind of not cheap considering that they went right to the leak. They did not have to do much work to find the leak, as with their gadgets, they went right to the leak and I was talking to them for half an hour. I don't want to take away from what they do but I would give them a B on price. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The installation took place on a Thursday. I'd had plumbing contractors on-site working on a bath remodel who had opened a small section of concrete to fix a leaking pipe going to the spa. My plumbers fixed the pipe but had no way to test it because Leak Finders had already taken out the filter, pump, etc. At 3:00pm my plumbing contractors left for the day. I came home around 3:30pm and Leak Finders was still there. They were there until after dark. Mike was showing me the control panel with a flashlight. He gave me the manual for the pump/controller. No manual for the filter (I called and got the link to pdf file). On Friday, they poured the concrete around the equipment and over the spa pipe. Then covered everything with plastic because it was expected to rain. On Sunday, one of the guys came back to pick up the wooden forms and plastic. Problems became evident yesterday when my pool man came to service my pool for the first time since the new equipment installation. We were going through the controls and pressed the spa cycle. Water came gurgling up from beneath the concrete and muddy water was pouring into the spa. Obviously, the repair had not been successful. But how could the plumber test his work? The pump and filter had been taken out when he needed to run water through the pipe. My plumbing contractor is graciously taking responsibility for ripping up the concrete and re-doing the repair BUT I am VERY disappointed that Leak Finders did not fully test the system during the installation on Thursday BEFORE they poured the concrete on Friday. If they had seen that it was leaking, the plumbers could have dealt with it BEFORE the concrete was poured.

Leaks were repaired satisfactorily!

Performed a leak test on a built-in fountain. Quickly identified the source of the problem, and offered a clear concise estimate to make the repair. Scheduled a follow up call to make the repair, did an excellent job. Did exactly what they said they were going to do, for the price they quoted, and at the time scheduled. Their pricing was reasonable, and they're very nice people to boot! I'd use them again in a heartbeat. This was my first experience using an Angie's List contractor. I went with them because their reviews were great, so I figured I'd take a shot. It really worked out well. If you need Leak Detection or any other type of Pool & Spa services, these folks are great.

This went very well. We had to leave on a trip when we realized we had a leak. They came in and found the leak. You could not even tell they had been there. They put everything back exactly as it was before.

got several estimates they came in towards the middle. The work was impeccable. Very satisfied. will use again and again.

Mike came out and donned his waterproof suit and boots. In 48 degree water he dipped into the pool and applied a double patch over the tear. Fortunately, it was in the shallow end, near the edge, and we were able to direct him-since we had patched it ourselves several months ago. (Our patch had recently floated away.) Mike used professional glue with a transparent patch. He also explained how they are able to detect leaks using specialized equipment. Good to know for the future!

Tore down patios, repaired spa. Resurfaced deck and front porch, resurfaced and stamped them. Restructured back yard and added terracing sprinklers and landscaping. Was so excited when the sod went in.

First day on removing the old plaster, about 8 workers showed up with jackhammers and the old plaster was removed and the backyard was clean of any debris or trash at the end of the day. New pool equipment was delivered and set aside. Old pool equipment was removed and new equipment was installed. The water fall feature was built and the new pool tiles were installed. The new stone coping was then installed and then the new 3m plaster was installed and the pool was filled with water. Mike and his workers kept in constant communication with us during the entire process. We always knew what was going to happen on any given day. Mike instructed me on the "start up" process of the new salt water system and all went smoothly. When ever I had a question I could call him on his cell phone and he would answer it for me. We are very happy with the entire job done by Leak Finders Inc. and would gladly refer them to anyone needing this type of service.

It took them a long time to finish the job (3 months), and there were a few problems along the way, but for the most part, they did a nice job. Mike is easy to reach, although once the job starts, I didn't see him again. Mike created a very nice design and is very talented. End result: We love our new pool, and it was worth the wait.

VERY GOOD PRICE AND THEY HAVE WORKED TO FIT IN THE JOBS NEEDED TO BE DONE TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER WORK BEING DONE IN THE BACKYARD. THE WORKERS ARE VERY POLITE AND ARE ON TIME.
