real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreHe was prompt to arrive. Had a good walkthrough of the properties in question. Paid him his fee upfront. That was four months ago and I have never received the appraisals. I have since requested reimbursement of what I paid him. He won't respond. I have friends who know him who have tried as well to get him to respond. He has moved out of state since the walkthrough, but only a few weeks ago. Perhaps we are better off if this is a reflection of his character and business.
Description of Work: I hired Mark for an appraisal.
