Their installer did B level installation. He had to rip out and re-install a couple of times because of mistakes which delayed the project. The job manager did not communicate with us when key points in the project were being reached. She did not send the bill until we asked for it. She did not respond to our messages about the bill. We had to go to the business and walk in to ask what was going on, she finally told us she was waiting to hear about a credit from the supplier. She lied to use that the installer was not available to completing the last part of the job, which was just one landing that was delayed because of mistakes he had made. We ended up having to have another contractor complete the job.

They did a good job and were very flexible when I asked if I could change the installation date at the last minute. Salesman and installers were all very professional.

We worked with Jim, who was really dependable and professional. He also did the carpet installation, did a great job. The cork we installed easily ourselves. We're very pleased with both.

They have been very patient while we are looking around for flooring. They have been very good at finding us the best prices possible. They are so helpful and very prompt to letting me know the different pricing on some certain things I wanted. They are local and the try to offer the best prices available.
