Very impressed. Their office me back promptly (minutes) and set time for service. Jessie came on time and was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly went to work. Fixed my problem. Cleaned the work site. Gave me good advice to take care of my system. Felt like I hit the Easy Button.

The experience was not a good one. The pricing is questionable and they did a very poor job. They were very sloppy. They are not knowledge and prompt.

The first 2 times out, they cleaned the sewer lines. There's 4. The guy was nice prompt and it went well. The last time I made an appointment to have some plumbing done and check some plumbing concerns. They never showed up I called twice to remind them and then I called at 5:30 P.M. I only get 1 day off so I wont call them again. I don't think there really concerned, that was too many calls I had to make, and they should have called me

It went fine. The company took care not to remove a fruit tree in order to get to the tank. Called me to let me know,

Our septic backed up. I called late Friday night and made an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. The gentleman came out promptly on Saturday. He dug out our septic so we could use it until they could send a truck on Monday to pump us out. We had a number of problems with our septic. We had used wipes and were told politely don't do that. It cost more money because they are a pain to clean out. Also we had quit using enzymes so we had a lot of solids. We had installed new toilets several years ago and were advised by a previous company that we didn't need to get our septic cleaned. When it backed up it had been 10 years since the last clean. To be on the safe side we are going to get it pumped every 5 years which is what was recommended to us the last time we had it pumped 10 years ago.

We called them and they came out in the morning at 8:30. The staff is good. The service is efficient. They were very affordable. I would use this provider again.

They are on time. They are punctual. They are thrifty. Their prices are well within the boundary of affordability. They are prompt. They are accountable if something is not right. They are right back to fix it. They are punctual, professional, and understanding. They are patient when I try to explain them something. They are expensive but they are not way off. When I call them I feel assured and comfortable that I would not be overcharged. I would use them in the future.

I have used Thrifty Rooter services twice. The first time a gentleman came and cleared the tree roots from my sewer line and did a great job, charged a fair price. The second time I called, approximately a year later, for the same problem, the gentleman couldn't find the cleanout and when I told him what the previous person had done he told me he'd need two guys to do that. Unable to find a cleanout, and unwilling to do the job through the roof as the other person had done, we let him go. He did not charge us for the time he spent here. The company seems to be very responsive, for example, when I called and told of the problem, certainly not an emergency, they had someone here in 45 minutes. Rates are fair and the work that was done was done well. I'd recommend them overall.

I called Thrifty Rooter and within 30 minutes they were at my front door. They cleaned out the clean out issue and had our drains and toilets functional within about 45 minutes flat. The price and customer service was great; no complaints. I will definitely use him again.

I was very impressed that they came out only 2 hours after i called first thing monday and the service man was very nice and explained what he needed to do. was done in less than 30 minutes.
