SUNRISE CARPET CLEANING

They showed up and were friendly enough to start. I explained that the usual company I use could not get me onto their schedule for a couple of weeks. The worker proceeded to bad mouth the other company and make rude jokes about them. I started to tell him that I did not appreciate his comments, his attitude became sour from that point on. Before I could tell him what area I wanted cleaned he started telling me about the spots that he would have to charge me extra for. How would you know what is a permanent stain if you have not even cleaned it yet? I explained that I was not happy with their work and that they could leave.

Removed most of the items from my home. Returned items contained someone else's belongings. When I called the company, they denied that these items were not mine. Several of my belongings were not returned. I can only guess they gave them to the wrong client. If I called to question them about ANYTHING, they quickly became angry and rude. They harassed me about the bill even though the insurance was covering the cost. They did a lousy job, left allot of smoke damage and dirt behind. They said they cleaned the carpets, but they still reeked of smoke.. I was too intimidated to call them after the angry response I got. I would NEVER use them again for anything.
