He arrived late---never spoke a word to me--just plain rude---had no respect for my property---then he bid his own inspection, so I never knew if the inspection was honest--
Description of Work: He was referred to me by Keller Real Estate when I was in the process of selling my home--he did the dry rot and termite inspection

Description of Work: this guy rushed through his inspection on our first time buyer home. he missed the termite infestation on s end of home. water leak under home, from main bath. allowed out of date termite inspection to pass. roof condition poorly explained. for an inspector, i've seen and will use better in the future. in kahoots with realtor. realtor even slammed local inspectors that were far better than this guy. i now know i can do a better job. LOOK ELSWHERE!
