 + -1 moreIt went very well. One problem came back, and when I called them about it, they responded immediately. They apologized for the problem and didn't charge me to fix it.
Description of Work: I had several different problems with my sprinklers. They managed to get all of them fixed quickly.

 + -1 moreThe person that was sent to do the job was not employed at this company. I never talked to anyone from Sprinkler Pro. He seemed like a likeable person however, I'm disappointed that he took so long to do the job. He worked for for a total of 7 hours out of two months. He quoted $50 per hour on the two occasions that I asked him but when it was all said and done, he charged $60 per hour When questioned about the hourly rate, he split the difference and charged $55 per hour..
Description of Work: Only one person performed the services. He seems to have done a good job, however, it's hard to tell as he did not finish the job until October 26 which is two months after he started and there has been little need to use the irrigation system since then.

 + -1 moreI've used Dave Moore for my sprinkler work for 4 or 5 years and I'm always satisfied with his work. I always feel that I get my money's worth or more. Wouldn't consider using anyone else.
Description of Work: Annual checkup for all sprinklers and controllers and installed three new sprinklers and supply lines for under-watered areas.
