+ -1 moreAfter he looked at everything he gave me a verbal price for two men and three men and the hours it would take. He said he would get right back to me. It took almost a week to get the quote and when I received it the price quoted verbally was different than the one I received on the written quote. When I emailed him the descripancy I received a reply that I was correct the quote was wrong. I never received a corrected quote. I had received a couple of references from people that had used him and for them things went fine and he is really nice. But for me it did not work out as I had hoped.
Description of Work: Took several tries to get a hold of the company. Rick was very nice and we set up an appointment to look at my furniture and boxes.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived on time and got right to work -- they met every request I asked of them and had suggestions for making the work more efficient. Every member of the team was polite, clean, amiable and very careful with our goods. They took some things that were not packed and made sure they were well-wrapped. Not a thing was broken and they were done on time and actually a little under their not-to-exceed estimate. Great job -- I'd highly recommend them for anyone who has a lot of furniture and boxes to move any where (they do long distance, interstate moves too).
Description of Work: Sorenson provided a 4-man crew and full-size moving van to load, transport, and unload the packed contents of a 4-bedroom, 2 bath house. Travel distance was only 6 miles and we packed ourselves.
