OSCAR'S GARDEN SVC

My yard had always been well maintained by professional landscape management services. In April the company raised my monthly fees by 12%. It was a second raise in 5 years. So I talked to the owner and he said he would understand if I wanted to use another service. Oscar's Garden Svc was one of the three lawn services I invited to come to check out my yard and give me an estimate on how much I need to pay to keep it maintained as it is. Oscar came on time. I told him how often my yard had been fertilized annually and that the bushes had been trimmed regularly all year round. He didn't seem interested in my detailed description of the expected service. He just nodded his head and said he would charge me a monthly fee of $250. I told him that it was much higher than the increased rate I was charged . He asked me how much I was paying. I told him then he gave me a new quote: $200, still higher than my increased rate.

He has always been reliable and there for my mom and dad. For example, my mother had wanted them to come over before my father's funeral to complete the yard. They got it done before 8:30am just to ensure that it was complete. If it is raining on the scheduled day, they will come bright and early on the next day. You don't have to call them if the weather is bad because they are so reliable that they will just come the next day that is available. I feel that their cost is very, very fair. They clean up extremely well after the work is complete and take all of the leaves and debris with them. They are trustworthy and I am very happy with the service that they provide for my parents. It makes me feel good that there is someone who I can rely on so I don't have to worry about anything.
